I, too, am a 59-year old (close enough, in March) but I need to START a diet & exercise program. Over the years I have just let myself go, gaining close to 75lbs, now tipping the scales at over 200! I admit I am flat-out lazy, but I also have medical issues that prevent me from being active. My balance is bad due to a 2004 stroke, I am on Coumadin and risk falling and bleeding out. I could go on, but I won't...too depressing. Are you having any luck?
