Exercising at least 30 minutes a day will help to jumpstart the endorphins in your body and it
can help to promote sleep as well. As far as
diet, if you are able to stay away from fatty, sugary, and processed foods, it can really help.(I know that's al the good stuff!) Try to stick with lean proteins such as fish, poultry, beans, and legumes. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. It really just takes time to heal.
