I too had a lowgrade fever of unknown origin - years without a diagnosis-yet multiple symptoms and lesions on major organs- finally now they think it is coccioidomycosis..or valley fever.Most victims of this have relatively little or no symptoms. In rare cases - it can be much more serious . I can't believe an infectious disease doctor was not called for your wife; especially since menengitis is associated with coccioidomycosis .Get her to an infectious disease specialist .Lots of luck .

Hello, I've been having breathing problems since Feb 2016. My full body immune system crashed when my stress level spiked. I've developed a type of chronic cough which has lasted to this day.
I have not had a family doctor due to bureaucratic issues in the past 5 years, and my last medical check up was during my military entrance examination in 2007.
and eating very little. Here we go again. Call the vets. So today they did blood work and X-rays. the blood work came back normal. They found a BB in her nose from the X-ray! took it out. They said that she still has blood in her urine. And they don't know why the antibiotics aren't helping her. They mentioned that her ear drum might be broken or a tumor. they referred me to a specialist. any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm lost and confused.
Hi there I would go to gp blood in saliva could be due to chest infection,coughing too much thus bursting tiny vessels in throat(not serious) if you have severe gastric disorder it could be coming from gastric is the blood bright red? Well, if you are coughing up blood, a responsible adult in your life should be told so you can be seen by a doctor. I doubt I have to state the obvious that inhalation of smoke from weed isn't good for you. but coughing up blood is something that requires medical care so you need to talk to your parents about seeing a doctor.
and i started coughing small amounts of blood....today was worse...as i coughed up 3 times (maybe violently) but there was blood in it...and also when i blow my nose....also when i spit normally the first spit is normal, second one is little orangish, and after that blood...they said it could be gum problem. so please if anyone can give me some advice? i am scheduled to go to a capital city hospital to see better ENT doctor who ll tell me about my sinus and nasopharynx problems..
