The other rich sources of proteins are whole grain bread, brown rice, barley, soy, tofu and soy milk, nuts, sesame seeds and
sunflower seeds. For weight loss it is important to have a combination of aerobic and strength training. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits and less of spaghetti, potato etc. I suggest you eat frequent small meals and drink plenty of water .I hope it helps.
