Eat lots of steak, beef, chicken, turkey,
tuna, even pork or any meet. Combine them with vegitables and maybe
a small side of
a complex carb like brown rice or a fresh baked yam. Eliminate fruit and juice. To get vitimins missing from fruit, take a good multi-vitimin.
Also buy a large container of proteen powder. mix one large scoop with 8 oz skim milk and drink in morning for brekfast. It will give your muscle the proteen it needs with no carb intake.
