It's possible for fluctuations to occur in FSH and
LH levels and
therefore, we can have clinical symptoms
while our blood tests are telling us something different. FSH levels are "guides" but, not necessarily absolutes.
At 37, it's very possible that you're not necessarily menopausal but, in the pre-years (Perimenopausal) and therefore, there can be wild fluctuations from menopausal levels back to pre-menopausal.
Other aspects of our lives (ie: stress, diet, exercise etc.
