I had my first ultrasound at 8 weeks because they didn't know the due date and was surprised to find out there are two! Congrats on your baby!
We're going to see How to Train Your Dragon 2 and getting his favorite pizza Saturday then on Fathers Day we're dressing up, taking pictures, having a Mad Men marathon and I'm making him a big steak dinner. I let him plan his weekend but he doesn't know that I'll be giving him a massage and a photo album with all of the pictures we've taken since we found out we were expecting.
Another beautiful little girl on the way - hurray - don't start that trend to early though - lol - I'm enjoying having Abby Rose baking - although I can't wait to hold her and kiss her toes - I have a baby foot thing - lol - oh, best of luck today - I can't wait to hear how it all went and see those first pictures - kiss Bryleigh's toes for all of us!!!!!!!!!!
I am soo excited for John's very 1st Father's Day. We are going to brunch that morning and then having a "pool day". Later on that evening, my parents and sister are coming over and I am grilling ribs, corn, potatoes, salad, and apple pie (my husband and dad's favorite things). So, what does everyone else have planned that day?

I have suffered some Kidney issues pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy, so Im not to sure what to think of it. Im a tad cranky this morning, and very tired, even though I went to bed early. Conner doesn't feel as low as yesturday, Im not sure if he came back up, or if I got used to the pressure. His movements are still slow, but I can get a few good kicks for my kick count.
I actually don't have to clean today...because DH and I cleaned lastnight.
I am a newly wed and my husband and I are pregnant foe the first time. Even though our baby is still in the womb, I want to make Father's day very special for my husband. He is such a great man and has helped me so much with everything. What should I do for his first fathers day?
) THEN, the tech used the 3D machine so we got awesome pictures of our little guy! THEN we were told we are now allowed to have intercourse, which is exciting because our first wedding anniversary is on Sunday! Lol that is the least of our worries, but still exciting!

Today is the morning of my induction. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the wonderful women that have been awnsering all of my many questions for the last 41 weeks. As some of you know i haven't had the easiest pregnancy. I started having seizures at 24 weeks for no apparent reason. This has gone in a way undiagonosed. That's another story though. I cannot wait to meet my little man and i will be updating with pictures as soon as i get home from the hospital.
You can do it!!! Try rewarding yourself at the end of a good week.; something that doesn't undermine all of your hard work! I compare before and after pictures to help keep myself from giving up. Share your struggles with a friend or better yet, get a partner to work out with. Sometimes a little competition is a great motivator! Most importantly, remember that it is really about a lifestyle change. You are creating a better you for the rest of your life.
What are you ladies doing for your man for fathers day? We're about to be ftm parents and i want to do something special for him, but need ideas!!!
Just an update. Day 15. Today was hard. Just really stressful. But kept my head straight and still clean. Reading all the posts truly help. I appreciate insight and advice. Thanks to all. I wish all those struggling all the luck and prayers in the world. Keep it up. It is so worth it. Because even though today was stressful it was less stressful being clean...My skin and hair are looking healthy. I looked a pictures from before. Barely recognized myself.
I'd like to start off by thanking everyone for the private messages asking how I am doing in my recovery. Today is day 20 CLEAN for me!!! So many people on this forum have shared so many wise words of wisdom and advice...thank you all!! 20 days might not seem like a long time, but to me it's like a lifetime. I never expected I would make it this far but I am!!!! My thoughts are so much clearer now. You know it's crazy---I have been looking at old pictures of me (family photos).
I'm a ftm too, and maybe this is a bit mean, but he didn't get me anything for mothers day so I'm still a bit bothered by it. Not like it's a big deal but it would have been nice if he went out of his way. I don't plan on spending anything but I was thinking of painting on my belly to say happy fathers day and sending him a picture since we are 4hours away from each other. He got a job in California so left about a month before.
