I was breastfeeding my premie but started work and got overwhelmed. My milk has dried up and I wanted to see if it was anything that I could do to make my milk come back?

I was so mad but it made me determined and once my milk came in she was back to the breast and was there until I was about 10 or so weeks pregnant this time around (total I breastfed for about 15 months). Hoping I can go a little longer this time.

Adults can not be infected by consuming breast milk from a + mother. Only infants can, because their immune systems are not yet mature, like an adult's.

Breast milk is milk. Not like the one we buy From the shop and have on cereal or in our tea. Our bodies produce milk when we are pregnant its the most natural way of feeding our little ones. Of course its up to you weather or not you decide to breastfeed me personally I am going to breastfeed if I can do. Its not as easy as it looks. Our bodies produce enough milk supply for our babies to have a full feed and when they are full they come away from the breast.

Its not the actual milk of the mother but the dairy the mother ingests and it is very possible my niece had issues and she was strickly breastfed, the doctor told her mother to cut all dairy put of her diet because what you eat puts the nutrients in your breast milk

Now, I am concerned because my right breast has started to leak clear liquid, which is normal. But my left breast has nothing going on like that. It may be a little tender, even more so than the right. What do you ladies think! I do want to set up an appt with a lactation consultant but figured I'd ask on here before I go in. Thanks!

Onsies, hats socks and mittens doc usually provides all pampers wipes n milk if not breast feeding car seat blankets and goin home outfit pacifier usually given also if u want your baby to have one for yourself soap a gown/robe house shoes socks and a going home comfortable outfit towel rag maybe pads are usually given big underwear hair bow charger toothbrush n stuff some pack shampoo and stuff I didn't that's all I can think of right now that I needed when I had my first child
