Avatar f tn curls, overhead press, seated rows, tri kickbacks and push ups for upper body, and squats, step ups with kick, deadlift, calf raises, and lunges for lower body. Generally 3 sets of 15 for everything. Limited to 20lbs as directed by midwife, but it feels good to stay fit!

Although the injury did not feel that serious at the time, the resulting condition has degenerated over time leaving me, now, in a considerable amount of pain. I have been masturbation for many years in the past and I see masturbation to be the main culprit for my entire bodily changes. About a year ago after I would work out i would have some spotting on my panties. I would have a brownish color or pinkish. Then after several months it started to be red. As in blood. But very little. I would have pain on my left side while running which indicated that I would start to spot.

Things to eat that also help...pineapple,apples,and cinnamon all help spread the metabolism. .but remember proportions. .which is hard because you may think your still hungry but if that's the case drink water...
Avatar f tn Back in December I started a weight loss program through diet and exercise. To start I was 140 lbs, now I am 113 lbs. I'm 23 years old, female, petite, small frame and short. I'm only 5 feet 2 inches. I've done a great job eating right and exercising. I've been able to tone up my arms and legs through weight training/brisk walking. My stomach is definitely smaller, toned a little bit, however, I still have lower abdominal fat. Often called the "lower belly pooch".

Does anybody know best way to strenghten my lower back and help lose weight without hurting myself too much? With what equiptment I do have? I have cut 90% of my sugar intake down, lowered my portion size and upped my fruit and veggie intake. I know this will help with the weightloss but I do need help with the painfull exercise.

Avatar m tn I passed everything but this test(My heart rate was a lot higher then it should of been - 192) They gave me a retest date in about 2 weeks. Is this enough time to lower my heart rate down by about 20 points if I do cardio workouts 6 days a week? I was thinking of going to the gym in the A.M. before work, doing about an hour of nothing but treadmill-interval training. Then going back later after work in the P.M. and doing the same thing. All the while watching my diet/caffiene intake.

I mean when my IBS had really flared up there was no BO. and I'm hygienic person, I shower everyday for 1 hrs. It started when I stayed in humid hot country. I'm weak to spicy foods or hot weather or stress, so I guess the place was the trigger--I developed severe underarm odor and become really gassy. I'm usually a bit gassy and it's been odorless.

The pain in the lower right leg can be severe at times.I do not have pain in my stomach but that can also be the sign of sciatica. I also developed this out of the blue (unlike you when you run) and the conditions remain in time. Really my main problem is the right testicle pain. I was losing inches and gaining muscle so quickly even though I wasn't doing cardio or paying a ton of attention to what I was eating. Over winter break however, my mom was sick and I don't have a lisence so I didn't go to the gym for about two weeks.

It does not feel like when your hand or leg falls asleep, but instead like someone taking a needle and just pinching you with it. It can be in my arms, legs, stomach, hands, anywhere. He put me on Doxycyline for a month and it actually made that pain go away.
