I'm only 5 feet 2 inches. I've done a great job eating right and exercising. I've been able to tone up my arms and legs through weight training/brisk walking. My stomach is definitely smaller, toned a little bit, however, I still have lower abdominal fat. Often called the "lower belly pooch".

The problem seems to have started around 2 years ago. Sometimes pain will re-appear in the same area throughout the day and other times it will appear at seemingly unrelated part of my body. My exercises begin with Situps and Pushup and then I run (on a treadmill) and an elyptical machine. I notice while doing situps that I get some pain near the hip area (lower back but on right side). Avatar n tn It's like this on a daily basis with my skin, whenever my body temperatue goes up. I feel like my body's thermostat is broken and I'm constantly overheating. I've been taking Claritin and Benadryl but that doesn't seem to help at all. My doctor also gave me a prescription medicine called Atarax, which only makes me drowsy and doesn't help the itchy feeling. Any suggestions? Btw, I've taken blood tests to see if there is anything wrong but everything came out fine.

Work all of your major muscle groups increasing ressitance and allowing long periods of rest like 10 repetitions and 2 minutes rest for those heavy loads.

I believe it just like after a long hard workout your muscles twitch cause they have been overworked. It's completley normal as far as I have heard. so keep on twitchin your fine.

Another GREAT ab workout that you can do ANYTIME and ANYWHERE is sucking in your belly button to your spine. Hold however long you can, then release. Repeat and repeat... and repeat all throughout the day! Helps strengthen your abs when you can't get a workout in.
