Avatar n tn My back pain is on the other side. It's the lower right back/upper right buttocks. When I am walking or moving around, it is fine. As soon as I become sedentary (whether it be sitting or lying down) for any length of time, I can't stand up, without being "bent". I can only sit in office chairs, with lower back support, or in the car seat. Relaxing at home is no fun anymore, whether it be the recliner or the sofa.

Avatar n tn I was seeing a physical therapist who specialized in the McKenzie method, which I do believe helps with lower back problems, herniated discs, etc. It did help some of my back troubles. Check out his book if you suffer from disc problems in lower back or neck. It really fixed my herniated disc in my neck.
Avatar n tn I've noiced my lower stomach, left upper leg, lower back on the sides and mid-right back hurting too.I don't know if the other pain is from how I have to sit or lay, but it's starting to be as painfull and the testicular pain. I emailed my doctor and since it's a sunday, will not hear from him until monday. I'll keep you posted as I see others will no solutions.
Avatar n tn Now, lately i have been trying to figure out where exactly on my spine is where my bones are grinding together and I think its right in the middle of my spine between my neck and lower back (the chest area, but on my back). Now, this is the interesting part....While i twisting my torso from side to side, I apply pressure with my hand on the part of my spine where I think my bones are grinding together and the noise goes away!!! (while im twisting) so I'm 100% sure that it's my spine!!..

Avatar n tn The doc told me its normal for a woman to have an ovarian cyst but he asked me to get it checked. A week after that my lower back and upper back pain intensified and I could feel the pain radiating immensely all over my back. I also noticed foul smelling vaginal discharge but no pain during urination and bowel movement except the fact that I only go to toilet every 2-3days. I will get it checked next Friday but I just want to know has anyone had this problem before?
Avatar n tn I am no stranger to back pain, as I always have lower back pain. Upper back pain has occured as well but never with pain as I swallow. It is a sharp pain in my upper mid back more to the right side for me as the food passes that area. In Dec 2009 I had such severe lower/mid back pain that I could hardly stand up and the only position that relieved my pain was laying down on my stomach.

I have been masturbation for many years in the past and I see masturbation to be the main culprit for my entire bodily changes. Avatar n tn Elizabeth, I was having the same type of pain, but more in my mid right back and under right shoulder and side. Sometimes on left side of back and some burning pain in upper abdominal area. I had all the same similar tests done while taking Prevacid. The symptoms just seem to get worse and all tests were coming up normal and no H.Pylori was present. I went for 2 years with this pain and taking Prevacid or Prilosec continuously. The symptoms never went away.

I also continue to have some pain in the back and on the sides of my neck. I dont think that this is a resting tremor or a tremor that carries a pattern. for the most part it is 24/7. Also the tremor has completely stayed in my back. I do not notice it anywhere else. I do get other weird sensation in my back also, like buzzing, fuzzing, or twitching.

Avatar f tn For me, i do a lot of at home workouts. Abs, upper body, and usually do all the running and cardio at school. Usually its the lower part of your stomach, so do i do a lot of sit ups with my legs straight up, my back on the floor, cross my feet, and do sit ups. Or another method is heel touches, where you would lay like a sit up, and just go side to side touching the back of your heel. Planks work well as well, as do V sits. Wow, thats kinda long.
