Avatar f tn Hello, I need a workout that isnt just squats to tone my upper, inner thighs and lift my bum and make it more muscular/bigger??? Squats are great, just repetitive. Please someone help. Aside for the regular belly fat, I am sooooo insecure about my butt.
Avatar f tn m much thinner but sadly i still have some untone muscle and skin on my stomach and little flubber on my upper upper inner thighs. Daily I run anywhere from 3-6 miles and i do three sets of crunches, "russian twists", planks, and lunges. Does anybody know anything i can do to get a more tone and flat stomach and toner thighs? (i'm willing to commit to the exercise as long as i can have hope that i will get results). Please and thanks.
Avatar f tn I've been working on my outer thigh and I've seen development but now I realise I should work more on the inner part of my thighs.(I don't really know what the muscle is called)I know you can use that machine that you put in between your legs but I don't have one so I would appreciate if someone wants to share an exercise that works with the inner part of the thighs without needing a machine.

Avatar n tn My problem now is my backside and the skin that droops on my outer and inner thighs. With my weightlifting, I have increased the muscle mass on my glutes but no matter what I do the skin is a real issue. People have no clue just how painful at times it is to deal with the excess skin. It even is an issue when I sit on the toilet because I have to make sure I pull the skin back for hygienic reasons. I literally feel my body slipping inside my skin when I do sitting or supine workouts.
Avatar m tn Hi and welcome, what you describe doesn't sound like a neurological condition like MS to me, "Neck pain, lower back pain and burning thigh pain and numbness both thighs mid and outer" could be suggestive of a structural spinal issues (eg slipped disc, disc degeneration, stenosis etc) and impinging the peripheral nervous system....

Avatar f tn ve read different things on different websites and the only conclusion I can come to is that if you have anything abnormal on your vagina/penis/bottom/inner thighs/outer thighs ITS HERPES. Google is sooo unhelpful!!! Also can anybody please answer this question: does somebody have to have had a "first outbreak" to have recurrent ones?

Avatar f tn I downloaded the apps "Daily Workouts free" and "Lose Weight Fitness and Workouts", those two apps have a ton of workouts for targeted areas or your whole body. They are also short videos so they show you how your body is supposed to be positioned. Daily Workouts also times you in intervals. Hope this helps if you're able to download apps. I also have the app "Fitness Buddy", but I haven't looked at it as much, that one looks more targeted towards men.

Avatar n tn I have burning pain to pressure to my outer thighs below the greater trochanter area, and to my lower legs, inner aspect, about 4 inches below my knee joint. Sleeping on my side is almost impossible since the pressure of one lower leg on the other (even with pillow between knees) causes the deep, burning pain. Steroid injections haven't been very helpful.

Question is that if this is herpes in my thigh. Would it look like an actual herpes sore with blisters? I also have one on each thigh. I had one similar before on my thigh.

I’m also physically active, I do sports and my inner thighs sweat a lot and are closed in from my boxers after a good work out and soccer games. Maybe that can also be a factor. I have had jock itch in the past but it looked different. I could use your best advice and opinions to kind point me in the right direction.
Avatar n tn Just round and nothing to thenm. But then they start to raise up and get a head on them and I try to squeeze them. Nothing usually comes out except clear stuff like a zup. Then as soon as I noticed them, they disappear again. It happens a few times every few months. Ive noticed that I get them when my jeans rub on my legs. Ive always had big thighs so they constantly are rubbing as I walk. I think with shaving, and the friction, thats its only irritated hair follicles and ingrown hair.
