Avatar f tn Hey guys, so I am trying to make a life change amd I know the whole no bad carbs and drink plenty of water and exercise, bit everytime I have tried to diet I get discourage and feel like my exercises aren't the right ones to be doing. Its like I need a set routine or workout but I don't have personal trainer money. Can some one give me some tips on a rreasonable distance to do cardio and free weight exercises to tone the stomach legs amd arms.

Zuzana does all of the reps with the viewer and goes slowly so it's like having a workout buddy. (Don't be fooled; Zuzana is very fit; google her name & burpees or bootcamp for her more aggressive---ie. potentially fatal---workouts.
Avatar f tn Getting through that frame of mind is really difficult. You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.
915119 tn?1341948989 s a little too soon to think about this, but what are your diet plans after the baby is born? I definitly have to get on a diet as I have gained a lot of weight. When I had my last daughter I got on the "Herbalife" diet and lost all my baby weight plus about 15 extra pounds but I want to consider other diets before getting on that strict "Herbalife" diet. It's hard for me because I am a picky eater, but I want to eat healthy!! Any suggestions?? What are your plans?

Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. (Yea, I've let myself go that bad.

Avatar m tn I think that u used to much weight try not to use as much weight as be for get like 3 to 5 lbs dumbbells n curl them as u are walking OK or you can go to Walmart n get yourself a setbelt they really work good n they do not really coast that much I think from $10-$20 if I remember right but I do know no more then $20 oOK hope this helps u out n good luck if u need to know any other workout stuff every mail me I know a lot n I workout 5 days a week my name n email is Jason ***@**** hope to hear f
773214 tn?1295135069 I don't have a video or anything, but I hit the gym 3 days a week. I just do some light cardio (making sure I am never short of breath) and mini crunches on an exercise ball, and them some light weights on machines (they aren't very heavy so that I strain, but I do lots of repetitions so that I can still feel the burn). I have been going this whole time through even my last pregnancy and I think it helps me with the symptoms.

Avatar f tn That would usually mean how vigorous it is as far as cardio workout. Someone who is in shape can exercise vigorously, but somebody who has not been getting any real exercise will need to start out with an easier program. Somebody in between can work out at a moderate pace. Everybody should exercise a minimum of 3 days a week to make any gains at all, and it really takes at least four to see fast results.

Avatar m tn After 3 weeks of heavy training i was having mild symptoms of dizziness and stiffness in my neck region plus mild numbness tingly feeling in my arms which goes to my index finger and thumb. My arms are not always numb or tingly but it comes and goes specially after a workout or at night. These things have been bothering me since a week now. I also noticed in past week that overhead exercises bothers me. I stopped weight training for now and doing only Cardio. I never had such issues before.

649848 tn?1534633700 Just a hint about being tired and still getting your workout in.... will you have time to get the workout out of the way early in the morning before work? That works for a lot of people. You do it first while you still have the energy.... For me, regardless of the time of day and what my schedule has in store for me, the hardest part of my workout is getting to the gym. After I am there, its no sweat! Good luck and stay at it!

I know that weight loss plans usually include both, but because you have an ED, maybe simply adding a workout regimen would be healthier. I usually do five days a week, three days cardio (45-50 minutes a day) and two days strength training (varies, 30-45 minutes a session). Just make sure you don't start eating more than you currently do when you start working out.
Avatar f tn Then I started to do some workout and breathing Exercise, and went on to a fruit and vegetables diet along with some Vitamins Tablets. a months has passed now and I am amazed to see the result that the numbing, tingling feeling along arm left arm/side of my body has almost disappear.
