Avatar n tn I wanted to lose a few more pounds and wish I could sign up for another session but unfortunately it does get expensive so I thought I would try a diet pill, if anything it has sabotaged my progress as I feel less in control and definitely more hungry. I do workout in the gym not as reguarly as I would like ( due to a very time consumming 3 year old, which I love dearly).
Avatar n tn Hi all. New to this. I am a 44 year old woman who is physically fit (gym 5 days a week) and eats pretty well. Approx 5 weeks ago I developed veins showing on both hands. They have not gone away and infact they are bulging most times, and I can "feel them". They have increased and I can see some starting to climb up my forearm now. Before this, my veins barely ever showed.
Avatar f tn And if I had any biases, about other women's lifestyles... I wouldn't be going into it. Because, I'd truly have no right, to push my thoughts, and wants, on them. PERIOD. But I'm sick, and in pain now... so... what else could I possibly do, but do as they say. I'm stuck here. It's this treatment, or none... and atleast, I'm starting to feel better.
Avatar n tn I have gained 15 pounds in the last year, I go to the gym 4 or 5 times a week, I eat approx. 1300 - 1400 calories a day and I don't drink. I can only imagine if I really porked out and was drunk all the time.....well maybe I would feel better - ha! I'm just frustrated because I don't know what to do anymore. My dr. has no advice other than to tell me I'm getting older - WOW, really!!! I would love to have some ideas on what to do as it is extremely frustrating.
1225070 tn?1344712774 I decided after the 2nd m/c that I didn't have to quit making plans, dh and I laid in bed two nights ago and talked about what theme we were going with for the Nursery ( I have called that room the nursery since the 1st time we started ttc) and that has satisfied me for now.
Avatar n tn And I take really good care of myself, I eat healthy, take vitamins, workout regularly, nothing helps. I now have a little one, which makes it harder to feel this way and take care of him. The only thing that helped me was to be on birth control, it relieved me of the sore throat, and all that cold/flu like crap, it even really lightened my flow, but I hate being on it so I haven't gone back to it just yet.
Avatar f tn Sorry to be hard about the weight stuff, but honestly too many women want an excuse to not experience the work and discomfort that comes when you first start a serious workout program, but really if you don't, you're not being honest about your weaknesses and giving up - take control, get your butt outside or to the gym every single day and you well feel better!

The scary part is the pulpitation; I never know if it was my last heartbeat or not....just have to live with it I guess. Avatar f tn I'm sure Liz will love the brownies although it will most likely blow her New Year Diet plans that most of us have. I'm sure she is more than happy to answer all your questions, it never ceases to amaze me their capacity for patience. One thing I always found strange was the upbeat happy atmosphere of the onocolgy day ward. It was very hard to explain to people who have never been there and hopefully never will.
Avatar n tn ) - Anyway I have been jogging 4 miles 3x/week + 1 hour of weights at the gym and have a trainer. - I can't lose any weight! I fluctuate between a loss of 1-2 lbs but thats it....The workouts have reduced my cholest. and my Thyroid is norm. - my mean blood glucose is 101.
Avatar n tn I just found site...had both ovareries and tubes removed 1/26.. and had uteras removed a couple of years ago...I can tell you each surgery is different...each person is different..take your time...stay off your feet as much as possible..but get up as soon as you can...i know that sounds crazy but if you take your time you will feel better every day and be able to go back to work etc the next week...the pain killers are strong....so be careful to not take them unless you need them...
Avatar n tn I'm trying to build my endurance with light exercise since it's possible that not going to the gym for 2 months and being sick is the real reason I'm still weak. I've had every type of bloodwork done and the only abnormality is that my liver enzymes continue to be slightly elevated (which suggests viral infection).
Avatar n tn i went to the gym (maybe strained myself, but it was a reg. workout for me), then the pain came in the evening. its so bad, i couldnt move at all, couldnt even breath properly. its a sharp pain like you're being stabbed. it kinda started in lower ribs and moved higher, the worst being under my right breast. i went to the doc today (or shall i say was taken bc i could hardly walk) and she said it could be muscle spasms, suggesting i buy muscles relaxation pills.

Well I'm 6'2" about 185lbs, I workout on a regular basis i do have abdomonal muscles as well (abs), I jog, I push myself to the limits when working out, so I know im in pretty good shape! I'm also a personal trainer. I know there is a size difference about 2" less than what it should be, I was pretty good before so 2" less still keeps me above average lol but I want to do whatever it takes to get it back! a man just isnt a man with out his penis.

I am stopping the pill after this cycle, hopefully my period wont screw up my vacation in January! I could see how sad my doc was and I realized there was no change in the ultrasound image, no heartbeat, no clear bean next to the yolks. Well ladies, despite the high HCG levels, my little strong embryo, just couldn't hold on. I have to confess, I kind of expected this although I prayed for the opposite outcome. It was too good to be true.

I'm back to exercising a lot now, wearing spandex, so maybe the excess sweating instigated it? But I shower immediatedly after every workout. For the past 2 weeks I have been biking 5-6x a week, but switched to running the past few day (before the itching occured). ***As for skin conditions...

You probably also signed something stating that you have no plans on getting pregnant, so if a doc sees that they will not want to get involved. Again I am not trying to be mean at all, but it is very very dangerous for you and the baby. mum005 I am so happy to hear that your son made it.
1160836 tn?1332333769 Me and DH were picking at eachother before we went so it was nice to get a good workout and forget about it... although the hot tub was nice after I couldn't feel my legs LOL. I haven't BD'd in a couple of days just been too tired, we did bd cd 9,10,12,14,16,17, and 2x19, so hopefully one of them were bound to do something. I'm still worried that I'm not feeling anything yet, its cd 24 for me.... shouldn't I be feeling something???
