My question is have any of you tried the Les Mills Pump! program either at home or in the gym? What did you think of it? Did it work like they say? Do you have any other suggestions for me?

When I first started Id have to stop at 1.5miles & take a 15min break than start, after about 2 weeks I could make it the whole 3 miles. 649848 tn?1534633700 Brice - I get up at 3:30 am now, and when I start my 10 hr days, I'll be getting up about 2:45 or so, in order to have time to get ready for work and drive there; can't really see myself getting up earlier to work out; that would make it almost not worth going to bed. I currently get home about 3:00 pm, but have to go to bed by 7:00 or 7:30 in order to get up at 3:30. During the summer, I don't get home until after 4:00 pm and am usually in bed by 6:00 -6:30.
Avatar f tn What do all u first time moms plan to do when ur baby gets here? I'm gonna be in school full time, so il probably take a week off when I have her. Then she will either stay home with her dad since he works third shift, or go to a babysitter so he can sleep. I also plan to breastfeed. It could save lots of money! Lol. I think after around 4months tho il just pump bottles. I wish I could take the semester off school so I can stay home with her, but I'm already behind!

Avatar f tn I am 15 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am not going to ask how much you weigh but I will tell you I have actually lost weight while being pregnant. My Dr. told me it is possible if I eat right. your baby will get the nutrients it needs and then you will. I eat several small meals throughout the day consisting of fruits veggies or beans. I do not "eat for 2". I try to eat before I get hungry. That helps with not over eating. I also take about a walk 30 mins- 1 hour.

Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. Avatar f tn ve made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.

Avatar f tn Eventually when the pain disappeared for good even during workouts or not in March, I thought I was free to run again. Though I continued to workout with the pain, I did cease from any high impact activities until I thought it was healed. The impact from the fall was so painful that I felt like I would vomit. The oddest part was that I didn't bruise at all on my buttocks. The only bruising I sustained was on the right hand. My thumb turned black and blue and had swelling.
Avatar f tn Cardio - take your son on walks to a park that's a 20-30 min walk away, walking at a moderate pace. There's also walking clubs, and probably walking clubs that are just for Mum's! You can also do jogging, if you're up to it. You could even walk at faster paces each week till you're ready to do jogging :) There's also high intensity training you can do at home, just google "HIT workouts" (or search Pinterest !

With as much as I train I really should be a machine but.....I am always a beat behind everyone. Add in a run or any sort of plyometrics and I am huffing and puffing like it is my first workout ever. 958098 tn?1246809218 You should not go to Gym at your age. Teenage is the best time for sports, if possible you can join swimming. If not you try doing skipping, jogging in the neighbourhood, floor exercises, yoga, basketball etc. Calculate your BMI and also according to your age prepare a neat diet chart and stick to that. Do not consume fried food, desserts, choclates, icecreams, fast foods, etc. Exercise combined with Diet will do wonders on you. Take care!

That way I can enjoy all of the yummy aromas from my kitchen while drinking my coffee. Plus I love to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. :) I hope Quinn gets a kick out of it this year.
