And name a winner every month for the "most weight lost" that month or something??? I am trying to figure out anyway I can to be held accountable for my weight and my effort!!!

Avatar f tn Today I joined a work weight loss competition at work . Whoever has the most % of body fat loss wins the money. It's from January 4, 2011 (163.8) till March 22, 2011, (12 weeks). I weighed in with all my clothes and shoes so it says I am up 3 pounds. With the way I have been eating (pms) I don't doubt it. I have to get a handle on my eating or I will not loose this week.

I would like to loss weight so i can get pregnant in the fall and be at a slimmer weight to start out my pregnancy. Started out at 158, scales says i have lost 3pounds. I know its mostly water weight but still makes me more motivated seeing a lower number.
