Can this all be psychological? In Oct. 2007 daughter started feeling nauseous every day. In Dec. of 2007 got severe vertigo. In Feb. of 2007 started getting "severe pressure" in her head. So here we are May 2008 and every day she either has nausea, dizziness or pressure, or all three. She is constantly questioning what different symptoms in her body could be... flickering lights, sharp pain in top of head, back ache.

Her gastro doctor had her tested for this due to frequent vomiting (she still grew at an impressive rate and was in good spirits most days). Is vomiting a common sympton of c diff in infants? She is on antibiotics right now and I am very hopeful that this will cure her of her frequent vomiting. Also, she has never had diarhea, as a matter of fact, she has been constipated since she was 3 months old and has been given a dose of Myrilax daily. Can c diff also be the cause of constipation?

I found a symptom checker for you, and I put in all the symptoms you mentioned. There are several possible causes. I do not like antibiotics without good cause, but usually if I am that sick, my doctor thinks it's bacterial even when it's negative for strep, and starts antibiotics. It usually does turn around quite dramatically. You did not mention the color of any phlegm you have seen.

The worry If one has 5-50 symptoms, it may potentially list a never ending host of "possible" diseases, ilments, etc. And render "some" people, excessively worried could be a positive or a negative! You realize that what you are doing to get out the door in the morning, say checking to make sure things are off, can be replaced by something else if the proper trigger is in place.
