Meat, eggs (eggs are like, the perfect food!), nuts, cheese are all
super good for you to eat. A simple
meal of a fried hamburger patty with cheese lettuce tomato etc is easy and healthy. Whatever you can do to incorporate a good serving of protien into every meal, and of course veggies as previously suggested, you'll be doing well. Watch your sugar and carb intake and don't eat TOO much fruit.
