Broccoli contains glucoraphanin which helps activate nrf2. There is a super broccoli ( http://www.superbroccoli.info ) produced by a company called called beneforte which grows a hybrid broccoli that has 2-3 times the amount of glucoraphanin than normal broccoli. There's a link on that page that shows which grocery stores carry this broccoli. I have a Whole Foods store down the road that I am going to visit this weekend and try to find some and start eating it often.

The probiotic blend contains soil organisms. Sorry, it just does. Bacillus subtilis, for one. The other probiotics you mentioned, from yogurt and such, don't contain the organisms you think they do. Also, unless you're getting raw milk yogurt somewhere, yogurt too is pasteurized after fermentation, so to get live organisms in it you have to add them back in.
