Is there a good diet plan for someone who had their gallbladder taking out? Also, I'm a picky eater..LOL! I think that's why I do so bad on diets.

I drink loads of water and eat foods that help boost skin collagen production - anything with vitamin E, oranges, good fats such as avocado and soya lecithin (I sprinkle this on my cereal). Avoid foods that dehydrate - caffeine, processed foods, salty snacks etc. Use a good natural vegetable based oil or or cream every day after you shower.

Avatar f tn however I AM also seeing a dietician, who has me on a calorie controlled diet (1400 cals a day). Those calories must be proper foods, solid meals & healthy snacks. I've found that calorie control is the only way I can successfully lose weight: however 'reverting' will result in mammoth weight gain in record timing, so vigilance and self control is paramount (both of which I have in short supply).

I eat what I like but I try not to each too much beef and chips as is puts a strain on your liver, and your body is already fighting the virus. They also said if possible organic food is best or rinse your vegetables in vinegar. And never any alcohol. I am waiting to start treatment I am geno 3a also. I don't have any damage to my liver or if I do not very much.

Many people in the weight loss biz are obsessed with calories, but that's not really the key to diet, although it is important. The key is how well you digest what you're eating and how quickly it metabolizes into sugar. Low carb low fat diets are mostly a fad that can work short term but is unhealthy long-term.

You should be eating around your BMR and less than TEE for weight loss. Avatar f tn I have found that ADHD has many symptoms and changes as a child grows. The 504 Plan will need to be updated yearly and can help along with other treatments. Diet, vitamins, and a behavioral therapist can be most helpful. Patiences/understanding bunched in with a lot of love always helps. Anyway that is my 2cents. All the best.
