I think I handle stress well. I actually get more done when I am stressed. I put a lot of the stress I have on myself. I don't really know how to describe it. I am always going so I don't really think about it.

I am just really getting stressed right now over something pretty simple but it is drivin me over the edge for real. Ive been stuck at home pretty much for 2 weeks due to my car being messed up and i havnt heard from my bf all day and its stressing me out, i just want to talk to him and its just not happening.

Anyone have good techniques to relieve stress?? I constantly work myself up when im stressed and annoyed...

Now my latest test is the following: 2/4/13 Cortisol AM 33.0 HIGH- normal is 6.2 - 19.4 - Cortisol PM 5.9 NORMAL (taken at 2PM) so then I had to take a pill at night and that blood test showed 0.8 LOW---normal 6.2 - 19.4. But the endocrinologist told me that there is nothing wrong with me. Then why are these test results not normal? Why can't I loose the weight that I am so desperate to loose? I work my butt off, 50 hours a week, 1000 calories a day.

t felt weird in awhile! Could this be from stress? My aunt passed away yesterday and my sister inlaws boyfriend passed away 2 days ago and I've been keeping care of my sister inlaw since yesterday. I didn't get much sleep last night cuz I was up with her. Do I just need to relax? And get some rest?

If you watch videos of it on youtube it'll show you what its suppose to do. The lady was having a boy and it fizzed liked crazy. I did it and barely anything happend. I find out the gender in 2 weeks.

I was rewatching an episode of Strong Medicine on youtube when I started recognizing symptoms (except the seizures) of the governor. Now I've seen this show about a million times since it premiered, but I didn't remember what the diagnosis was. Boy was I surprised when I found out. (hint I'm posting it here for a reason.) and have had alot of test done,ct of my head ,chest, blood test ,liver,kidneys,heart stress test,just to name a few. i know what your going through the sensations are the worst thing i have ever had to go though i still fill like i am going to have a heart attack sometimes. butt there is help out there!! i found it on youtube!!! try it i paid for the prog.

It was " suggested " that I have a stress test. It's not mandatory so I'm wondering if I should have one done at all. Has anyone had a stress test? If so what did the results reveal?

I have an apt today to do a stress test since am over due. I want to go in there informed, does anyone know what it is or whats going to happen?

In a low risk pregnancy a non stress test or stress test would only be warranted if their was a concern. However diabetics (both gestational and non) have a higher rate of stillborn babies (still rare, but better to be safe) so its common practice to keep a closer eye as the pregnancy nears the end.

So I have to go now every week for a stress test that they are going to be doing on my baby because I have extra fluid. Does anybody know how they do it?
