After the test, several symptoms starts to appear, like feeling weak, lethargic. Occasionally i had ulcer in my mouth. Then recently, i had a bad sore throat. Although the sore throat was gone in a few days, i had soome sort of dry cough and it seems like i could feel my lymph node at the neck, near my shoulder when i stretch my neck.
I am very worried that could it be that i had a late seroconversion? I have no medical background.
I am a 27 year old female. Whenever I have sore throat or in general do not feel well, my neck lymph nodes swell and go back to normal within 2-3 days.This has happened to me since childhood and is recurrent. Recently, however, I have stiff and painful finger joints, only in the mornings, when I wake up; my urine has a strong odor and I feel very tired and lethargic. She was fine the first week but last few days she has become lethargic and not really eating. She is still drinking some. She has also thrown up clear frothy looking liquid a couple of times this evening. I plan to take her to vet first thing Monday morning. Any advice until then??

About 2 weeks ago me and my partner engaged in sexual activity (oral, rimming, deep kissing). About 4 days after this I stared to feel really fatigue and lethargic.
