I also had a very sore neck and it the tissue felt tender to touch. Turns out I had what is called a gorder and gravesdisease (hyperthyroidism). I had to have my thyroid gland removed. I have had sore, swollen glands in my neck for over 3 weeks. My Dr. agreed they were swollen but ruled out lymphoma as I had had some blood tests but they were done before I had these symptoms. It could be stress but I had a mild sore throat yesterday with a little neck pain I took an antibiotic just in case and the next day the sore throat subsided and my neck was a little stiff. By the evening I had a headache that was so insanely painful i wanted to cry. My neck was killing me and I had to lay there on a towel full of ice just to tolerate it. When I woke up today my headache is gone but my neck is stiff and still a little painful. Is this something to worry about?

For the past several months I've been having a variety of symptoms which didn't seem to add up to anything. It began in late April when I had an odd feeling like something was stuck in my throat. Then I had trouble swallowing--no pain, but food would feel like it was stuck in my throat for hours after I'd eaten.
After 6 months of having sex I got lymph node in right side of neck and right arm pit. the node in neck feel swollen and armpit one feel pain when i press it, and now feeling little fatigue. Then I got my HIV test (ELIZA) after six months that was negative. Now I am taking multivitamins and cranberry capsules.
my symptoms are extreme fatigue, no energy, insomnia, body aches, low mood, sore neck and throat area, frequent urination and strong odour of urine, mouth ulcers, grinding teeth,headaches, flaky scalp, intolerance to heat, night sweating especially on head and neck,muscle twitches at night mainly in feet and legs, dry eyes, heavy eyes and more recently talking in my sleep..
The following Monday, I started to have a sore throat with sore lymph nodes in the neck. Not swollen, just sore. This was followed by muscle soreness and incredible fatigue. I also had unusual headaches in the back of my head which felt as if I was dizzy. On no point throughout this ordeal have I ever had a fever.

Condition started with dizziness, stiff neck, achey muscles/joints similar to mild flu, slight sore throat, sensitivity to bright light, fatigue. Thought it was a virus and treated accordingly. About 3 days ago I've had a "tingling/burning" sensation at the tip of my penis. No burning when peeing or discharge at all. But noticed a little red bump, which doesn't hurt itch etc.. Also two razor burn looking bumps in the pubic hair region. Just hoping to hear any type of input from people.
sore throat/swollen lymph nodes in my neck, hot flashes, headaches, concentration problems, memory issues, GI issues, sore/weak muscles, stiff joints, fasticulations, dizzyness/unsteadiness, sinus infection... But I haven't ever felt extreme fatigue, just the sort of malaise you might get with a bad cold or the flu.
