broke up with my girlfriend 2 months ago. she has had a physical ailment for 20 months and finally had surgery about 3 months ago.she says a relatinship is something that she doesnt want or cant handle right now.she says she still loves me, thinks about me and misses me. just wondering what all of this means and what is the best thing for myself.i still love her dearly and we are still in communication fairly frequently and know she is not into anyone else or anything like that.

I noticed that the condom was broken and probably had been for a while. I went to my Dr and he said I was still at high risk because she hadn't been tested at 6 months. Since the condom didn't break your penis was protected. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and that didn't happen. Oral is not a sex risk for HIV, so you are safe.

She have been taking getting meds and gotten professional help against it for alittle more than a moth.
But here comes the problem.
Your mucus plug doesn't break, it's just like discharge it comes out. And not everyone has it or even notices it.. and it doesn't mean you are going into labor. It's not a big deal, just wait.

Get physically active and fill up your time with things that can make you happy. Do things that are different from the things you did with him. Make some new friends from a different group of people. Change your life in a positive direction and don't give yourself much time alone- even much time to think!! All you can do is distract yourself-- but the funny thing, is that the longer you do this, the better it works. And one day, you will wake up and find that your heart aches less.
