broke up with my girlfriend 2 months ago. she has had a physical ailment for 20 months and finally had surgery about 3 months ago.she says a relatinship is something that she doesnt want or cant handle right now.she says she still loves me, thinks about me and misses me. just wondering what all of this means and what is the best thing for myself.i still love her dearly and we are still in communication fairly frequently and know she is not into anyone else or anything like that.

My girlfriend of 4 months has had herpes for 7 years, with her only outbreak occurring when she was diagnosed at the age of 15. We've had unprotected sex and I've tested negative for HSV 2 twice, but I no longer want to risk getting herpes myself and I think I'm going to break up with her. I know I'd be losing a great girl, but I do NOT want to have herpes for the rest of my life.
My question is since she's only had 1 outbreak in her life, is she still contagious?
before we had sex i asked my girlfriend to get tested. It was 11 weeks since she had had any possible exposure. We still have been practicing safe sex but last weekend after marathon sex. I noticed that the condom was broken and probably had been for a while. I went to my Dr and he said I was still at high risk because she hadn't been tested at 6 months. On these forums i see alot of shorter window periods. Can anyone give me some peace of mind and tell me if her 11 week test is enough time?
I have noticed through the years a mild form of OCD behavior such as repetitive handwashing, walking on certain ceramic tiles in the kitchen, and preoccupation with his hair etc.. nothing that was life altering. He has a girlfriend and is in a gifted program in school. He came to me recently saying he has difficulty focusing in school the slightest noise distracts him and his mind wonders in class. I am his mother and have struggled with the same issues.
So I broke up with my boyfriend after a somewhat rocky seven year relationship. The guy didnt treat me great. I often heard (mostly in rocky times) "your a ****** joke" and well he could yell for hours. Just couldnt calm down. There were lost of trust issues, compatibility issues but we were crazy about each other. We had so much history. So I persevered through the years with a positive outlook that has caused me palpitations and constant anxiety about the future.
My last pregnancy I ended up misscarrying and it was very painful with a lot of blood.
Im now almost 7 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing period like cramps for the last week. I only get them standing up or when I stand from being seated. They don't hurt to much but some make me cringe a little. Im just a bit worried. I know cramps at this stage are normal but im worried from last time. I've called the doc but cant fit in an appointment for a few days yet.
I hope she'll realize that too..her depression to me isn't how should I say..isn't something that would turn me off of her..I wish I could help her, I've expressed how I feel about her depression and her choice for help, I fully support her but as you mentioned I hope she'll realize that she doesn't have to put me out on cold and put our relationship on pause..

my girlfriend broke up with, she said she has no time for me and her parents are fitting a lot.she said patrick im really i am sorry this has to happen but i dont want it too happen this way, but theres a lot of stuff going on at home that i have to deal with. she said patrick i love you a lot i really do, i said to her i love you a lot to amanda, I said amanda im her any time if you need someone to talk too.
But then I thought using Margaret or Ellen with the name after my mother, but Margaret is also my mothers name and grandmothers name. Ellen is my moms middle name.
