Common Questions and Answers about Sensitive skin wrinkle cream

Avatar f tn I have an oily & sensitive skin. What kind of cleanser, moisturizer and night cream should i use? I want to use a lightening cream, is it save for my sensitive skin?
Avatar m tn Bella Gold is definitely an amazing age-defying serum that stimulates collagen production thus, reduces appearance of wrinkles, and diminishes skin roughness and wrinkle density, leaving the skin smooth, young and flawless. This quick-absorbing skincare product contains substances that tighten the skin when they make contact and it also visibly reduces the look of facial lines, crow feet, under-eye bags and puffiness.
Avatar n tn The best one is the white one, the easiest to find is the pink squeezy bottle version. It is the best as it contains moisturising lotion, developed for sensitive skin. Soap free & pH skin-neutral. Tested by dermatologists. I use it for my entire body and face. I even wash my hair with it. if you use shampoo in he shower for example, use the body wash afterwards as it will remoisturise body after the shampoo has run down your body.
Avatar m tn And thankfully Tom has done some research too. My Capillaries will go with time. The dry skin is surely dead skin cells. The rim of my glans has really started getting back to it's thickness. I've noticed wrinkles and loose ish skin even now and then but when fully erect it looks pretty normal. However I will continue to use lube. This week I plan to have protected sex for the first time since February. So we'll see how that goes. When not having sex I will use lube to wk.
Avatar m tn Seeing a professional again some time this week. Update to follow. I have a series of questions to ask them. I have been offered an appointment with a dermatologist but I will ealing this until 6 months have past. I don't feel they can offer me anything extra atm.
Avatar n tn Last time it happened, I used hydrocortisone cream and it helped relieve it, but that cream stretches out the skin and adds to wrinkles. This time the cream is not helping very much at all. I do not have health insurance and cannot afford to go to the derm. I'm afraid they wouldn't be of much help anyway. I think the advice in the posts above about maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle is definitely going to have an effect.
Avatar n tn I am 44 years old, and have gone, in 2 weeks, from having 44 year old skin to skin of a 60 year old. Could someone please help? I'm very distressed.
250155 tn?1485299539 can anyone please tell me their oppinion of what they think is the best OTC products for a clear complexion? my skin is sensitive and is combination between dry and oily w/ some breakouts (not too terrible that i can't cover up w/ makeup but i'm nearing 30 and this is kinda ticking me off!). i would love to be able to find a product that keeps your skin clear that TRUELY doesn't overdry your skin and TRUELY moisturizes but is still oil free... is there even such a thing???
Avatar m tn I wouldn't even use the vaseline even more to be honest. for some folks even that is irritating to sensitive skin. antibiotic cream isn't made for the delicate genital skin either and some folks really have problems when they use it down there. at this point, make sure you are using a good sex lube for sex and masturbation. I'd also look into getting tested for a latex allergy too just to err on the side of caution.
Avatar f tn I am hoping you can please help. I stareted using a collegen based wrinkle cream 3days ago. Used it twice the first day and once yesterday morning. I had what I first thought was a bee sting on my face located about a half inch from the bottom of my right under-eye circle & a little left to the left side of my iris of right eye if a line was drawn down my face. Turned out to be one of those nasty pimples I very rarely get, under the skin like a cyst about the size of a dime.
Avatar f tn Follow the KISS method (Keep it Simple, Silly) and get a good, mild cleanser that is fragrance free. I would recommend L'Oreal 360 Clean for sensitive skin, unless you have extremely allergen prone or sensitive skin, then try to find something that has gentle ingredients or "milk" in the title (those tend to be extremely mild). At night: Cleanse your face with a gentle massaging motion for 10-30 seconds.
Avatar n tn * Flushing and blushing easily with the redness persisting * Small red bumps (papules), some pus-filled (pustules) * Redness and inflammation * Small blood vessels visible on the face * Red eyes and eyelids * Sensitive skin Rosacea can cause low self esteem which can lead to clinical depression. Triggers: Rosacea can easily progress to more advanced stages by irritating topical products and other triggers causing flare ups.
Avatar n tn I had dry/sensitive skin for awhile and that was the main cause of my breakouts. My skin would try to compensate for being so dry by creating excess oil, which caused breakouts. A couple years ago I started using an oil-free moisturizer and noticed clearing up on my face within 2 weeks. Within 2 years, my skin type changed from dry/sensitive to combination! I used it in the morning and night and never spent more than $7 on a moisturizer.
Avatar m tn I have a line of bumps within a wrinkle of skin which leads me to believe it can spread. Right now I'm drinking apple cider vinegar and keeping the area moistened with castor oil as frequently as possible until I can get it diagnosed. I want to go at it in the most natural way possible, and seeing a doctor can end up being hundreds of dollars for a cream that could quite possibly do nothing at all... again. As of now - it's not getting worse, but not going away. It's been about 4 days.
Avatar n tn We did noticed that one time it took alot longer to come on but she was putting alot of cream on that day as well - so i know she tends not to bass as strick putting that on The other day i tried to use a sensitive shaving gel but i think that made things 100 times i think. All the skin on her arms started to break out - so i dont know if it me touching her that causing or iff it got infected because the skin is open? Again any ideas most welcome.
Avatar n tn On about the 10th of august, I noticed redness on my glans, no itching, no burning when I pee, but it was a little more sensitive than usual as well as a raised piece of skin on the shaft of my penis that looks like discolored wrinkles that sometimes become raised and proceed down to my scrotum. On the 15th I went to another doctor who tested me for Herpes type I and II with a type specfic blood test and a urinalysis for chylamidia, syphilis, gonnorrehea etc. All test came back negative.
Avatar m tn The swelling today seems to have gone away, but it is still a bit red in the illustrated areas in the pic. It is now presenting dry skin around there oand feels a bit sensitive. So the question is, do I still leave it as is and wait or do I start applying something to it to help with the dryness/sensitivity to possibly speed it up.
Avatar n tn If it's on your face, he would have to make the incision from a wrinkle to wrinkle. Anywhere else, I'm not sure. This is my first choice if I ever get a cyst again, quick, painless, perfect procedure. The second cyst I got I had the option to try a cortisone shot first. A few needles, I thought what's the big deal. First of all, you leave the doctors office with a bump twice the size, dis colored and swollen. Get it injected with cortisone and then you wish you had the original bump.
Avatar f tn Both my mom and I have used this for years (my mom going on well over a decade), and we've had very little symptoms. It does thin the skin a little and makes the skin more sensitive to the sun, but its because it helps the skin exfoliate to its newer layers. Our dermatologist started us out on the lowest strength, instructed us to use a pea-size amount every other evening, and utilize facial sunscreen in our daily regimen. After two months, he adjusted the application accordingly.
Avatar n tn The same thing is happening to me, my doctor gave me a steroid cream but it seems to be making it worse.
Avatar f tn recommended Dermamelan, which is a very expensive skin treatment after which there is maintenance with another cream by the same company. The cream is approximately $1000.00. The plastic surgeon said that I would most likely suffer a return of the scar every summer.
Avatar n tn I have very sensitive skin and am on loritate (metro-cream) for rosacea. I get the same type of reaction to almost all cleaning agents for the face. I also have seborrheic dermatitis flare ups. I can only use a very mild cleanser called Purpose by Johnson & Johnson. I think that I've tried almost every cleanser out there only to give it to my sisters as they don't have skin problems. The deep cleansers are the worst and never try a mint mask, I can't remember what company put it out.
Avatar n tn Hello, I've done some searching in this forum and I am a male and new to this community, and I think I should start by mentioning the following facts: 1. I have only had sexual intercourse with one partner and had vaginal intercourse twice, both times with condoms on, but on the first sexual encounter, I inserted for about one second or two without one on. Having realized at that moment that it was a poor decision, I pulled out and put on a condom since then. 2.
Avatar n tn I've past menopause, 56yo and now I have sensitive skin! Argh. All my life, oily skin could take alcohol and other chemicals in skin care no problem. No more! Anywhoo, since I have little choice in that I must now remove more facial hair (due to lovely hormones we all have) and it's white instead of blonde now, Aaaaauuuughhhhh! Good to know it's not allergies for me, but frustrating because it's not allergies. Allergies I know how to deal with.
Avatar n tn Now the cracks are healed, but the skin is very wrinkled and feels slightly sensitive to the touch. I was starting to think it was from Zincofac that I've been applying to our newborn's bottom after changing his diaper. But I stopped using it for a few weeks now and there is no change in the wrinkles. I This is more of a cosmetic issue than anything else but I'd love to get rid of it. Sick of my fingers looking like they are 80 years old!
Avatar f tn i too had itchy, red eyelids for about a month when i finally started searching for an answer. i think the thing that probably everyone on this forum has in common is putting products on our skin (cosmetics, shampoos, face washes, EVERYTHING) that is filled with undisclosed dangerous chemicals. even the fragrance-free varieties of most beauty products are full of phthalates, SLS, and parabens which make us sick, and the thing is THEY DON'T HAVE TO LIST THOSE INGREDIENTS.
Avatar n tn Since then however, I have been using some Garnier make-up wipes, made for sensitive skin and the problem seemed to get a bit better, although eyeshadow was still strictly off-limits. But then, last Sunday, my eyes had gone back to their previous state, of being very red and sore. I hadn't worn any make-up or used any products on or near my eyes at all on Sunday, so I'm confused as to what caused it to return.
Avatar m tn I have been working with many people nutritionally to build my immune system, strengthen my skin, and try and protect the area. Prutect, a prescription cream, has been somewhat helpful at times. So has soaks with 1/2 whole milk and 1/2 water and ice cubes (might be difficult for you, sorry.) But I am still struggling and often miserable and depressed, living my life from the feet up. It's affecting every area of my life. I hope someone with good knowledge responds to us to help us.
Avatar n tn This is hard to describe but like, just above my clitoris, where my pubic hair covered skin meets the fleshy skin, there are tiny dots that you can't really see, just feel. They aren't like, irritating, sore, red or anything. They are just under the skin. People have said it was just normal. Im 15, i dunno about seeing a doctor about it atm, because they've been there for as long as i can really remember.
Avatar n tn It peels. The skin is thin. My lip is starting to develop a wrinkle in the spot. It's red, and when I have lip gloss on, it is not visible to the naked eye. I'm going to try exfoliating with salt and then using hydrogen peroxide and Abreva, but I do not think it is a cold sore. I'm going to the doctor today and will post again when they find out what it is. So glad to know I'm not the only one.
