lima, navy, black, pinto, soy
beans, and lentils, iron fortified whole grains, green vegetables like spinach, tofu, broccoli, swiss chard, asparagus, parsley, chicken, nuts, egg yolk and dry fruits. You can also have iron supplements along with these foods after consulting your physician.
