this means this is how much of me is muscle, organ, bone etc etc yada yada =) I been doing a lil digging into the ideals, healthy, safe, crazy etc, and still struggling to decide what my ideal weight
is! I'm glad I'm doing slimming world as its not a diet, so I'm not gonna end up damaging myself or anything by continuing what I'm doing. I just want to know what to expect from myself to happen. I know once I get to a weight of 147lb I am in the healthy zone, whoop.
