On and off, I've had what have felt like tiny, micro-muscle tears or pinched nerves somewhat randomly throughout my
body. I cut back on the intensity of my
workouts (less weight
lifting, ride my
bike a little slower, et. al.) and that seems to have helped. I've had some moodiness, but what do we expect on so few calories?
RESULTS: I'm on day 37, and I've gone from 267 to 233 - almost a pound a day. I had four lapses from the strict protocol, but didn't go too far overboard.
