Avatar f tn A lot of also has to do with stiffness in the legs and not being able to be as active as you perhaps once were or able to stretch like you used too. Posture as well. I have found that stretching my legs before bed and trying to work out those calf and thigh muscles helped immensely and I stopped waking up with those severe painful calf spasms.

Avatar n tn i dont know if its dandruff or wat, but it doesnt come in flakey form. it comes in tiny hair forms. they are white dust like particles which are in my hair and they never run out. what may the cause be and what should i do to stop it? i used to wash my hair every day/twice a day if i play ball. for the last 3 days ive tried shampooing every other day, but i do still wash my hair with water. but no good, there are still a massive amount of dust in my hair. What sort of illness is this?
Avatar f tn It has been about 3 weeks since i noticed it but its not getting any worse. Is there an eye med i can put in it in case there is some infection going on without causing blindness? Also there seems to be a little more watery discharge from it, but he typically has a little watery discharge from his eyes anyway. He is an appy and i know i have to watch for moon blindness but just wondering if he hit his eye or scraped it at some point could the swelling below the eye be a sign of infection?

Avatar m tn You might try a humidifier in the area she spends most her time. A fun thing to do is to be sure and oil her up with your hands with lots of petting, and you might even see if some flaxseed oil rubbed in might help things at all if the vet says it's okay for your particular cat.
