I was braiding another horses tail outside of a stall so i put my bag of rubber bands(which had treats in it for some reason) in the stall. I had since moved the horse to a different area but forgotten the bands. Then when I realized I forgot i rushed back to the stall, which now had a horse in it, and found the bag and the bands spilled everywhere in the feed box. My horse obviously ate the treats but I'm not sure about the bands. (the bands are the small ones you use for manes).
The vet gave me salmon oil for Akira to help with her constipation. It also has helped her chronic flaky skin on her back near the head of her tail. It comes in a squeeze bottle. i dont know if its dandruff or wat, but it doesnt come in flakey form. it comes in tiny hair forms. they are white dust like particles which are in my hair and they never run out. what may the cause be and what should i do to stop it? i used to wash my hair every day/twice a day if i play ball. for the last 3 days ive tried shampooing every other day, but i do still wash my hair with water. but no good, there are still a massive amount of dust in my hair. What sort of illness is this?
I have an 11 y.o ginger tabby Cat and he hasnt been sick a day in his life until I recently gave him a Drontal all wormer Tablet for Cat's of his weight range. The next mornig he was walking like a drunk person trying to walk a straight line and his tail was sticking straight out behind him but all his fur on his tail was like a Toilet brush ? Is it possible for a Cat to have an extream re-action to this tablet? I have used many other types in his life but never has he done this.
Apply it twice in a week at night and keep overnight. There are many anti dandruff shampoos in the market which you can use. Comb your hair well and massage your scalp well. If dandruff persists consult a skin specialist. Once this resolves the lymph nodes will disappear on their own.

I have owned and rode horses all my life. I am having difficulty coping with not being able to ride because ppl told me I cant. Is it seriously that big a deal to ride? I don't want to hurt my baby, but it's literally the only thing I have done for myself and can't deal with giving it up for so long...
My neices kitty lost his. They live in the country and he came in missing the last half of his tail- they freaked and took him to the vet, they thought he'd been attacked by an animal. The owls out there are known to pick up little kitties and take off with them. :( Anyway later that day when they got home with him and his newly fixed tail, they discovered what had happened. They leave the back door of the garage unlatched for them to go in and out at.
I first started getting dandruff a while back; now I have spots that are very visible, especially when I get out of the shower. They don't really itch or hurt but they do have a redness to them, but its just really dry patches; I've tried treating them with over-the-counter dandruff shampoo but to no avail. I also have a dry-skin problem on my face and my doctor gave me Ketoconazole cream which helped, but the same cream does not remedy my scalp problems.
t seem to have made much of a dent in the dandruff. Like I said, the dandruff is minimal on some days and heavier on other days with seemingly no rhyme or reason.
I've tried adding some olive oil to his food, and even rubbing some on him because I read it might help, but really when I massaged some olive oil into his skin it almost seemed to make the dandruff worse.
What do you all think? I have read they sell dog balm and dog moisturizers, which I'd never even heard of before.

Lately i have noticed i have dandruff, i heard of shampoo that gets rid of it, does anyone know any kind of shampoo or other thing that does, i have tried showering even More often then i do, which is alot, and it still doesnt go away, i want to get rid of it soon, only got it about a week ago.
