On 3/30, I deep kissed, she preformed unprotected oral and protected vaginal exposure with a prostitute. After she left, I found towels with blood stains on them. Based on the shape and amount on the towels, I assume it was discharged from her genitals after sex. There were no visible needle marks that I saw on her body or external signs of std's on her genitals.
Of course I freaked out and self diagnosed myself with everything under the sun. I went and got checked for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and all came back negative. Went to dr and was prescribed triamcinolone cream it didn't seem to help but rash was still present but not as predominant.
Year later I have unprotected sex and the rash came back and has been with me for the last 3wks.
I can not start treatment now I can just start after one year because here medicine is so costly I think

HIV can be transmitted due to sharing needles, this is because the blood interact. Unfortunately, there is no cure for HIV (note that HIV isn't the same as AIDS) but treatment for this virus is really advanced. There are medications that permit people live a completely normal life with HIV without developing AIDS. I hope everything is ok, post your results.
Personally, I think you didn't involve in high risk. This virus is very fragile and die easily at normal temperature.

It is too late to take PEP which has to be taken within 72 hours after sex. But really, having a risk doesn't mean you got HIV. The other person has to have HIV for you to get it, right? And this person says they test and are usually careful. It was brief and a one time thing which makes the odds of HIV from this even lower. I don't think you got HIV but in order to be sure, you have to test at 28 days with the Duo.
I told him my concerns with HIV and he saw nothing that would indicate an HIV infection. After several blood tests and an x-ray, he diagnosed me with walking pneumonia. Still terrified about the possibility of HIV, I requested another HIV test. It was a antibody blood test that came back negative as well. My doctor assured me that I was worrying too much and I was not showing any real sign of HIV.

This seems to be conflicting information. I know people say symptoms are not reliable in determining HIV infection but some of what I am experiencing logically could not be anything else. It is going on seven weeks post exposure for me but I still have major abdominal cramping and pains, sore white toungue, diarrhea, sore throat, swollen glands in neck, nausea, I have lost over 10 pounds and my upper thighs are sore and weak.

No HIV risk is no HIV risk. You just wouldn't get it from there, that simple.
