m not sure if Zofran is used in children but you could ask. Tetrabenzene is used but that has some serious side effects so that might not be for children either. But there are other medications as well. Clonidine in patch form (Catapres) is especially helpful for tic like motions (tardive tourreticism which is a variant of tardive dyskinesia I have as well). I am on Tenex which is helpful as well. I believe both of those are used in children.
I asked my doctor (RE) about taking 81 mg of baby aspirin to encourage blood flow to the uterus but she said the effects are not proven and therefore she does not use it in her practice. Unless you have experienced the full brunt of side effects from statins, you can not state "just stick it out". The side effects are unbearable. Wow, so sorry to hear about your problems. The side effects vary so greatly from person to person… it’s hard to know in advance how much it will affect you. It shouldn’t prevent you from caring for your children entirely, but it might make things challenging for you.
My personal experience with the meds wasn’t too bad; I managed fairly well. Others report having to alter their work schedules and sleep habits, etc.

I don't see much that would describe your son's behavior here, but if he's taking other meds on top of this one, there could be a reaction.
but I wouls honestly consider taking your daughter off the Accutane. The side effects can be so horrible and are now related to a lot of gastrointestinal issues long term. My husband is a prime example...never had an upset stomach in his life and now all of a sudden he can't eat anything without tummy trouble and he's only 24. There are other options and unless absolutly NOTHING else has worked it is the last resort.
