Tonight I watched the oscars with family had fun some playful bets were made lots of fun. I just laid down for the night and my first thought was omg what do I do incase of zombies?! Like wth. Nothing all day had anything to do with that subject but now I'm scared of every sound my house makes. I'm trembling like no bodys business. I'm having hot and cold flashes and feel like I'm going to vomit.

I keep having these terrifying dreams of zombies, and wake up paniced my heart is racing and feels off, and I cant even go to the window because im afraid its real, but deep down I know its not. But I still freak out, and sneak quietly around the house terrified. Is there anyway to stop these nightmares?

He will explain to me how things work and why all the time, so when he developed this fear of Zombies upstairs and monsters in the dark I was so confused to how this came about. He has never had a problem sleeping in his own bed, never afraid to walk upstairs to use the bathroom in the dark alone, or need a night light, etc. Now, he has to have a night light, the door wide open, and refuses to go pee or poo at all unless i'm upstairs with him.

Call of duty black ops zombies is my favorite or I watch YouTube to get some tips on a smooth labor lol my little girl starts kicking and punching and rolling all around in my tummy when me and hubby play zombies haha I have a feeling she will like to play too:)

I have them about real life situations, like I was convinced my boyfriend was cheating and that I lost my job, to recently, zombies and plague, with graphic images, nausea and fear that feels so real that I an afraid to get out of bed for fear the zombies will hear me. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I thought perhaps the sedatives have caused this, however from reading I realize they are not the cause. Has anyone figured out how to make them stop?

I have crazy dreams about being in a car accident and all I do is scream "my baby my baby.. I'm pregnant!" So everytime I'm in a car and see another car getting close I kind of get scared and remember my dream.

It was a Zombie nightmare and now I no longer want to go to Kentucky (which ***** because my whole family lives there), Rhode Island or own a Honda Odyssey lol.

Last night I was chasing zombies and the night before that I was designing haunted houses for a living.

Hi my daughter shes a teen im worried sick she takes Anti-Psychotics she never sees her doctors shes like how she was a few years back she is not talking much she is half mute every day she is off and on meds her behaviour is becoming extreme shes throwing things at her friends and shes breaking glass cups she is drawing horrible blood gory pictures! They freak me out so much...

But in his defense whenever he is with my husband and I he is very well behaved and does not talk about those kinds of things and does not take anything from anyone. I think part of his problem is his step brother plays xbox games about zombies and as far as discipline from my grandsons parents all they do is yell at him and tell him how bad he is.

I've been having dreams like that too. Just last night in fact. I don't like them and I know that has been a fear I've had. I think it's just our minds way of dealing with our fears in a safe way.

I mostly have nightmares - zombies, serial killers, attacked by a swarm of bees, etc. I've had a couple weird ones that should be sexy bit aren't. Like going to a strip club with the hubs but all the women are doing ballet. Lol.

Had a wonderful Halloween. My grandaughter and I dressed up like Zombies and went out for our annual Halloween. Our family meets at a neighborhood Haunted house and after that trick or treat in the same neighborhood. Alot of adults dress up and that gives me the excuse to indulge my inner child and dress up also. I was a little disapointed when my family didn't seem to like my costume and made no comment about it.

What you descrive is a panic attack when you have this intense fear, then you become afraid of the fear and so on until it becomes a vicious circle. You came to the right place! You should browze a lot of these threads as you will quickly see that you are not alone in your fear and anxiety and you will perhaps learn from how others have coped with it.

-S first I was big and then I was tiny lol it all sounds bizarre now that I'm typing it lol. Anyone experiencing anything similar, well not similar because mines is crazy lol, but anything half as bizarre?

I will be 30 weeks on Saturday, and for this past week or so I have had multiple dreams about delivering. Obviously I still have a bit of a wait, but does anyone else experience this? What do you think about it?

I need HELP!!!! So Me & my boyfriend who is 28 years old & I'm 19 years old. The thing is he has a son me I don't have any children. I've been dating him since October 2012 & were moving in soon like 3 days from today. So his son stays with us every weekend he currently lives with his mother. Funny thing is he doesn't like me one weekend & sometimes he does. I have no clue what to do.

I had a dream that my tooth fell out in my family which we are Spanish we believe a dream of teeth or a tooth falling out means death like someone is going to pass. Anyone else believe this?

I know people that only fear insects, bridges, large amounts of water, planes. I only fear dying, heart attacks, stroke and seizures. Who know. Plus I have had a really bad childhood.

Origins, waiting on Inquisition, The Walking Dead, Mass Effect games, and Jade Empire. I am kind of excited for some of the horror games coming out as well as Shadow of Mordor.

but it can gte better but everyone is different...all three of my pregnacoes tend to be sex dreams or zombie...and i harldy watch anything with zombies. But u can always try a take a relaxing bath before bed that helps sometimes...
