Avatar n tn any exercise is good and not bothersome. i am never incapasitated to get out of bed in the morning. though once in a blue moon (if i try to sleep late) it could be considered momentarily (really) discomforting. i am prone to pressing in on upper back with both thumbs initially to ease pain (during morning period while pain is there)? appears to be where i think my kidneys might be, or just above them. I dont think i have any urinary issues, seems normal. no pain or discomfort.
Avatar n tn I will not lie I hardly exercise. I do work 2 jobs which require me to walk all day and I might hit the treadmill/clothes hanger once or twice a week. But I feel great, I really do. I changed my eating habits about a year ago (no snacks in the house unless its healthy), drink plenty of water(no soda or juices at all) and I do plan to get more exercise so when I reach my goal I won't easily gain it all back. Good luck on finding the shots!
1555697 tn?1294709596 I also have a narrowing of the spine and a bone spur in my nerves according to an MRI in October. I would not wish this pain on my worst enemy. I'm on Morphine, Perks, and Flexoral (which does nothing) and every surgeon has told me I should be in shock from the pain, yet every surgeon has denied me because of lack of insurance. I am in so much pain and cannot live like this anymore. I just want relief, no matter what the circumstances.
748543 tn?1463449675 One of the most difficult concepts to get across to my TMD patients and other doctors is the connectivity of the Jaw and the Neck. In fact, it is my strong belief that TMD/TMJ should really be classified as a Craniocervical Disease and hence fall under the umbrella of medical coverage rather than treated strictly as a dental problem. To the Neuromuscular-minded dentist, "Occlusion" is an extension of general Postural Consideration.

Avatar f tn Lindsey Tanner, AP Medical Writer showing 1 of 7 photos 7/12/11 CHICAGO — Should parents of extremely obese children lose custody for not controlling their kids' weight? A provocative commentary in one of the nation's most distinguished medical journals argues yes, and its authors are joining a quiet chorus of advocates who say the government should be allowed to intervene in extreme cases. It has happened a few times in the U.S.
Avatar n tn I have worked as a civilian doing pilot training courseware, and there is no discrimination at all as far as the diabetes is concerned in civilian jobs. There are civilian jobs in almost every area of military life now. I would check these out carefully upon graduation from college. Pay and benefits are good and you are a full part of the military mission as a civilian.

Avatar n tn of water per day and daily exercise of at least 30 min. in hopes of losing 25 -30 lbs over the next 3 months. After my first week, I lost 2 lbs but didn't lose any on my next weigh-in that week. The nurse said it was because I was on my period and that could make a difference of up to 7 lbs. Has anyone else been told that? I was hoping for better results, especially since I've been hitting the exercise side of it pretty hard every day.
202436 tn?1326477933 as it is now, I am either too exhausted or don't have time to exercise...therefore I am overweight and out of shape. If I were home I would have time to get healthier which means I would a) be able to play with my kids more b) be a happier person.
Avatar n tn My co-workers and I started the hcg program - they were a week behind me and they both developed a gnarly rash over their entire body - I hadn't but I woke up this morning and have the rash over my entire body. We live in Colorado - my sister lives in Georgia and she and her friends also did the program - we all got our hcg from the same source and none of them broke out in a rash. Any ideas anyone? My co-workers quit the program.
544292 tn?1268886268 But that's not the most alarming part of Tramadol in my case. In my case the antidepressant that they tacked on to the cocktail is the thing that causes all the rough psychological and mental symptoms. It's a Two Fer One! I've been feeling like I was going crazy for a long time. And in addition to that; the scary suicidal ideation. The suicidal ideation vanished and returns ONLY if I get a flare up of withdrawal symptoms. That happens if I get over stressed.
544292 tn?1268886268 Good Morning Tramadol Warriors! Welcome! We're so glad to see you. Please come on in and make yourself at home. This is a very good place to be if you want to get off and stay off Tramadol.
519226 tn?1378994921 I finally realized it's because she can't stand looking at me since I favor my father and grandmother in looks. It's just simply, that I exist. Well I am finally stating in this entry what I felt for a long time. I DESPISE HER!!!!! She disgusts me. How dare she talk about me and lie. How dare she treat me nasty and disrespectfully, even in front of my kids. I cannot stand her. I am an adult and deserve respect.
Avatar n tn All that just for a Pic... LoL ... Gee somehow I can RELATE To That, HeH, HeH!!! Glad you're feeling better & got your Choppers too! I think I am gonna HAVE to go to the dentist soon, I either have cavity coming on or something .. I always clinched my teeth on TX & it's the tooth that always got the most pressure (so maybe it's something else, like cracked or something)... it doesn't hurt to chew or anything, but any kind of suction on it, it just feels WEIRD..
534800 tn?1217170959 Hi, Golfer's vasculitis is a form of vasculitis (swelling of the blood vessels) experienced in the lower legs caused by excessive exercise in hotter temperatures. It is more common among older people. It is called 'Golfer's' due to the large amount of walking done in golf, as well as it being a sport more popular among older people, resulting in greater incidence of the condition. The rash is more common in people over 50.
Avatar n tn I have not even started to exercise. I will begin the treadmill. Good luck to anyone interested in taking the meds with b-12. I told you guys if it didn't work I would let you know.
206807 tn?1331939784 My PCR's during my clinical trial were done down in Georgia? Texas? Something like that. It would be interesting if my government contracted that out - it might be cheaper and quicker. If you're referring to simply shopping around for better care in another state, something to think about. Here in Canada (yes again...) you can go to other provinces (like going to another State) and get healthcare there but ONLY if it's because you're there for work or pleasure.
Avatar m tn The Flip-Turn is the original, and still the best Sinus Flush. WARNING! DISCLAIMER! The technique in this manual involves bending over in a hot shower. Obviously, if you bend over in a shower, there is a slight possibility that you can get dizzy and fall down. You could possibly hit your head, get knocked out, or break something.
Avatar f tn I was a little concerned but after reading the posts I feel it is nothing. I live in SW Florida and exercise (Naples Bootcamp) outside in the grass. Guess it is just the heat and humidity.
Avatar m tn I never ever used to have this problem until I moved to georgia in 9th grade. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I loved it so much there and I got along with everyone and we was just chilling. But as soon as I moved to georgia, the kids were so rude and extra and just doing too much that I've became antisocial. Mind you, I'm not scared of them it's just like I went from living in an environment where nobody was so ignorant that I was used to it.
Avatar n tn However, many studies have shown that living in Hawaii (particularly Maui) has alleviated 90% of Fibromyalgia pain for test subjects. Try looking for resort jobs in the Caribbean or Hawaii if you want to feel normal again - that's my advice to you. Unfortunately for me, I have Severe FMS (according to my doctor the difference between regular FMS and Severe is that Severe patients get to deal with the equivalent to cancer pain, sometimes worse - but we don't die).
522415 tn?1242941355 And I literally watched a clock to see when I could take another dose of pain medicine not because it got rid of the pain but it did ease it up where I could tolerate it a while longer. Nothing else not even diet or exercise which I have tried in my search for something to make a difference. So here it is it's a juice made from the mangosteen fruit. If you like me your first reaction will be that is crazy! No juice can help with what I'm dealing with.
Avatar n tn Hello from Georgia, I am in the same boat with after effects and it feels like no one wants to really talk about thew problem.I have been looking on the web and it has been some help. Avatar n tn I also made the decision to allow my mom to die without any agressive measures, and I have never ever at any moment regretted that decison..perhaps it has to do with me being in the medical profession and I knew in my heart that anything extreme would have been futile...I knew that the medication they were giving her was the best they could do and it was her time...but I never thought her time would ever come does that make sense?
Avatar f tn He had developed a thriving practice as an obstetrician/gynecologist in Savannah, Georgia. A highly trained and skilled microsurgeon, Dr. Burgstiner was devoted to his profession. But his profession nearly cost him his life. THE ORDEAL BEGINS "In 1983, I contracted hepatitis B after I had stuck my finger while operating on an infected patient," recalled Dr. Burgstiner, who was 49 at the time.
