Or they do a pinworm test. Were you treated for the Entamoeba histolytica, Balantidium coli and Giardia because those were positive by your results above?
The scrotum itching is not related to toxoplasma it is usually a fungus. You can get a spray or cream for "Jock Itch" or something with fluconazole or terbinafine in it.
You should see a dermatologist for the body itching.

i have gone to the hospital for many times but without any good help. i was once diagonised and was positive for cyst of entamoeba histolytica. i took metronidazole, then tinidazole and it seems to stop for 2 to 3 days and then pick up again. after some research i have come to beleive i am suffering from acute amoebiasis(http://suite101.com/article/amoebiasis-signs-and-symptoms-of-the-disease-a230495). thats is the only safe explanation i could get from my condition.
I tested positive for C diff with a stool test, and after 9 days of Flagyl I retested as negative, though the test was done the same week I stopped treatment.

RNA PCR is for early detection, test at the 14 th day after the exposure backed up by an antibody test at the 12th week is good enough to rule out HIV.
DNA PCR at the 28th day after the exposure backed up by an antibody test at the 12th week is good enough to rule out HIV
Both are NAT tests and are highly sensitive.

ve gone to my doctor and she has made me take a stool and blood test. In the past(10 weeks ago) and a couple of years ago I remember having blood in my stool however I didn't think much of it cause it didn't continue happening frequently. Like now I don't seem to have blood in my stools but occasionally(randomly) there is blood in my stool. Should I be concerned with this. Could this possible be stomach ulcers or hemorroids or some other digestive issue?
You were protected until the condom failed. High or Low, a risk is a risk. If you test after 4 weeks the antigen part of the duo test would not be conclusive. As with any HIV test the only conclusive test is one taken 3 months post exposure. DUO tests cannot detect HIV 2 any earlier than a straight antibody test.

An ELISA is a test format. There are several different "generations" of ELISA tests for HIV, the most recent being the 4th generation tests. ELISA tests test for antibodies, sometimes abbreviated as ab. The combo tests also test for HIV peptides (pieces of protein). All of this however is IRRELEVANT to you as you have no reason for concern at this time. You need to believe your tests. You did not get HIV from the exposure you described.
why does DR HHH say the ELISA is good for CRFs then in some posts he questions the tests reliability of detection of antibodies associated with CRF's?
I get that ELISA and EIA will detect all all subtypes to include CRF's, but is it reliable and conclusive at 12 weeks? I am focused on CRF01_AE.
Does the military use ELISA or EIA?
