Your comment is very helpful but still i am confused. i did have rapid test but no Elisa in the latest (10 months). The lab boy said it too is accurate and once it comes positive then we perform Elisa.
As I told his penis might have secretion. So, could you please brief me whether the secretion before ejaculation carry HIV virus or not? If not, then I am sure I don't have it because it was just a second slip.

An Elisa test done post 3months mark after your initial exposure with no exposures in between will be conclusive about your status. Since you are in India. the guidelines is 6 months as per south Asian bodies, but u can absolutely trust any result thats post 3months mark. Also since u have said your encounters are post 8 months. u have covered the longest window period. Test is the only way to know your status, not symptoms.
However, because of the slight chance that an initial test result might be falsely positive, when initial tests are positive, it is recommended that the positive test be confirmed with a second, unrelated test for HIV antibodies. You do not need a second, confirmatory test if your first test is negative.

I live in an area that is highly infested with lymes disease which I am told can cause a false positive on the elisa for HIV-2 and I have also had the vaccine for lymes which would cause spirochete shaped antibodies that I am hoping could trigger a false positive. I have been tested for lymes and am still awaiting the results. I have no symptoms of lymes or aids. So what do you think is going on. what are the chances I actually have HIV-2 considering it is so rare.
The results came out Non-Reactive again by ELISA, It was a combo HIV/AIDS test, The Doctor said that I do not need Further HIV testing... Thanks everyone for providing valuble and much need information about HIV/AIDS in this Site.... I have learnt my lesson, and shall always be careful in Future.. Thanks.

Now I am really worried. I have tested for HIV test. My elisa test is postive and western blot is negative.I was tested 7 months after that sex episode. I have developed so much anxiety that i keep getting tested. My elisa keeps on coming positive and western blot is negative. last test was done after 1 year. 1. do you think I have tested too late that western blot is not able to detect antibodies.? I know that elisa test has some false positive results....2.
