Avatar f tn I legit tryed everything and nothing works I tried eating spicy food eating a whole pineapple walking sex twice a day yoga ball masage hot bath exc lol and I went 11 fricken days over my due date and ended up having to get a c section because my son didn't drop and I didn't dialate at all hahaa . I'm happy it happened though I felt no contraction pains and my son was 8.10 !!

Avatar n tn We don't really do diet plans, but you can do that via the Diet Diary app... it will help you figure out the number of calories you need/day, plus the amount of protein, carbs, fat, etc... Focus on lean protein, healthful fats, veggies...

Skulleton If you were my patient, I would advise you to check into a few different weight loss plans--that way when you get bored with one, you can move to another. Believe it or not, Weight Watchers is one of the absolute best success stories around--probably because it is more than a diet--it teaches you to change your bad eating habits. Hope this helps!

About a week ago, we took him on a trail for a walk and he stopped almost every 10 feet. It was hot that day so we assumed he was stopping because of the heat. About 10 minutes into the walk, I noticed his back legs were shaking. I thought maybe he pulled a muscle so we continued on our walk for a big longer.
583580 tn?1231136383 m hoping that he support on this site will keep me encouraged to keep going with my new workout plans for 2009, in the past I gave up to easily when I wasnt seeing any weight loss or loss in inches, I've even seen weight gain and muscle mass from working out which I've been told isnt common in females. This also discourages me. I'm starting my new workout plans when I get off from my midnight shift tonight.
Avatar f tn I also get a tingling/numb feeling on my back occasionally between my spine and left scap. The tingling sensation happens most frequently after eating or sitting slouched. Finally, I occasionally get a sharp pain on the left side of my back. This usually feels like a muscle knot or something and is fairly infrequent. Non of these symptoms are constant, but all of them are frequent. The pain seems to be most frequent around 3 PM after I’ve been on my feet for a while.

I don't want to do any embarrassing games like eating chocolate pudding from a diaper (I love pudding too much) I am doing the "guess how big my belly is game..." and that's the only one I could come up with. Also, the shower is gonna be in a medium sized meeting/party room in a hotel. Not inviting more than 30ppl or so...
Avatar m tn Was OK I was reading about the blood rushing to the stomach causing high blood pressure and increased heart rate. I am checking mine after eating now to see if any of that happens. Please, if anyone else has this weakness after eating please tell me what it is so I at least know how to take care of it. I know it sounds crazy.

There are plenty of healthy eating plans out there that you can take advice from. Just avoid crash diets that claim to make you lose fast--they're usually ineffective or make you drop lots of water weight, which just dehydrates you without getting rid of fat.
Avatar m tn Well, I know you say you don't have time to get to the gym, but that is what will boost your appetite and help build the muscle you're looking for. Even if you can't do it regularly, try to at least go for a jog around your block once or twice a week or do workout videos (like the well-known P90X videos) that are quick to whip you into shape at home. As for meal plans, combining complex carbs and protein is your best bet for gaining muscle.

Avatar n tn If you want to get big like a bodybuilder, that will require unhealthy eating such as eating too much food and too much protein, but it does work to build more muscle mass. Too much protein is very hard on the kidneys and other parts of the body, and too much food is hard on the digestive system and the internal organs. No natural living human needs muscle mass for strength -- hunter gatherers are very strong, farmers are very strong, but they don't necessarily have big muscles.

Although, any weight lost that quickly is most likely mostly water weight and may come back. I have a question -- are you still a child/teenager, and if you are, it is very important to maintain a healthy diet and healthy weight as your body matures and brain continues to develop.

Knock back a glass of ice water. Before each meal? Drink a glass of ice water. Throughout the day, keep a water bottle near you and drink often. The cold ice water before meals kind of helps your stomach shrink up a bit before eating, making you more full faster. Obviously, you'll have to watch what you eat.
