My job requiers me to be in good shape and able to run long distances, carry heavy weights for long period times and have strength to keep up. I am looking for suggestions in books to buy and mabey a general overview of how to gain the weight with proper foods. I am intrigued by the web site and although sceptical about any program promising 30lb loss in 6 weeks I was interested in what their online free questionair said about my body type. tis is what it said and I have to say a lot of it makes good sense......I too would be interestd to hear if anyone has done the program. As a Body Type E, your body has trouble building and maintaining lean muscle.

Im not sure of your height, but the average woman is 5 foot 5 inches so ill go by that, and you can adjust it for yourself.

Avatar f tn By the way, I highly doubt my weight gain is due to increased muscle mass. It takes females a lot longer than a few weeks to gain enough muscle to account for weight gain especially while on a calorie deficit. I would appreciate any insightful tips. Thank you for reading.

On real, if you want to look just leaner and drop some weight, you have to be in calorie deficit and do not gain muscle and feed the muscle. Basically eat more vegie but do not eat lean protein. There is no secret for loosing weight in number. Just to be in calorie deficit either eating smaller and or more exercise to loose some calorie.
Avatar m tn well that depends on the type of weight you lost, for me during my 48 wker I lost not only fat but my muscles atrophied also,I was bedridden for a while, and lost muscle mass, a person can gain fat weight pretty quickly, muscle takes a while. I once broke my arm and was in a cast for multiple wks, that cast came off and my arm looked like a tree branch....it was rather humiliating actually but eventually after hard work I evened back out.
