eating

Avatar f tn I am looking for a menu eating plan that is already set out for me telling me what to eat fro Breakfast, lunch and dinner, I do not have the time to weigh my food etc. So I am asking can someone help me please! I basically eat anything, not a lover of red meat.
Avatar n tn It might help you lose weight, depending on how small the portions are, but it's not healthy... You aren't eating anything that has protein, at all and what you're eating has very few vitamins/minerals, like B-12, calcium, etc. You need to add some type of meat, dairy, eggs, beans, legumes or something with protein and since vitamin B-12 only comes from animal products you either need to supplement or add some of those animal products to your diet.
550943 tn?1330727580 Has anyone got any strategies that they use to stop overeating on the weekends? During the week, i am focused on healthy eating and exercise and i'm really motivated. On the weekend i tend to get down and overeat and cut back on exercise. It is too excessive but enough to make me feel blah. I'd love to hear how others tackle eating out, dinner parties and veging out weekend!
Avatar f tn Their intensive diabetes research helps individual to know more about diabetes and show some tips/ways on how to prevent and minimize the effects of diabetes and most of all they provide diabetes menu plans to help manage diabetes for those who suffer the illness. Hope that helps in some way.
1881346 tn?1341924768 that depends on what you're eating :-). All fast food places have good and bad foods, and the problem isn't so much weight gain (although that can sneak up on you so be careful) but it's that you need to be eating nutritious food. MOST things on the menu at fast food restaurants are not nutritious, just fattening and greasy and caloric...so it's best to limit your fast food/dine out intake unless you're making healthy choices while you're there.
Avatar f tn I need a diet/ menu for a person with hepatitis c ie what cooking oils, what meat can they eat, can they eat fruit etc. ?
172023 tn?1334672284 Exercise is my personal battle. I despise it. I force myself to walk the dogs, but that's about it for exercise. Probably a 30 min walk every other day (poor dogs!) My best advice about the scale is to either NOT get one, or get one that you use once only, midweek. The people who get the most discouraged are those who weigh every day. If they gain, they're despondent and may overeat, thinking "what's the use"? Or worse, severely restrict their eating.
Avatar f tn What's on the menu for today ladies? Its raining where I say so I'm making cheesy chicken sausage rice something warm and fast.

163305 tn?1333668571 Hi there - I'm sorry that you are finding it harder to get around your forums and groups now. We made this change back at the beginning of Feb., and don't have any plans to bring this back. You might try leaving your profile page open in one tab, and using your communities list to open your communities and groups in new tabs. Alternatively, you could use the Related Communities widget in the sidebar on the right side of the page in your communities, or bookmark them.
304970 tn?1331425994 Laura, those topics would be off-limit anyway. Too much controversy! Yikes!!! But you can definitely come up with something new. Do whatever you want. You could have a new topic every Monday! As for our menu--- I'm making weinie wraps and salad for dinner. Not very healthy but right now that's what we have!
163305 tn?1333668571 I sent a pm to the moderators about the missing drop down menu and got the following reply: Thank you for contacting us to share your feedback with us. We are continually trying to improve MedHelp and value your feedback. As you have noticed, we made some changes to the MedHelp site and one of those changes included the removal of some of the drop-down menu options available under the My MedHelp link. At this time I do not know whether or not any of the removed menu items will be put back.
Avatar f tn I am normally a very healthy person eating all natural no processed food. But since I got pregnant I don't want anything to do with vegetables or fruit. I want salty food and processed food, like pizza rolls and McDonald's. Anyone else doing this?
Avatar n tn Look up "the full plate diet" it's really NOT a diet, but healthy eating. That's what I do, all it is, is a high fiber diet eating lots of whole grains (brown rice, wheat bread, oatmeal) fruits, vegetables and water.

2020005 tn?1628125976 I can do great exercising, I really push myself to get it done, my down fall is seriously eating healthy. I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.
