Avatar n tn We have a brussels/shih tzu (5 months) and he has congental kidney problems, we take him out every hour and he still has accidents in the house. He never poos in the house or his crate, we have tried the dog litter box with pellets and all he wants to do is eat the litter. We have bells on several areas in the house so he can let us know when he has to go, he uses them sometimes. Most accidents happen in the dining room??? He is also on a special k/d diet.
Avatar m tn I have that problem too! For some reason it gets even worse if it is at night. When I feel like it is getting to much for me, I focus on my breathing and try to disassociate myself from the noise and the people. Take a trip to the bathroom or excuse yourself for a bit if it gets to be too much. A comforting thing to think about it that you are far from alone with this problem and there probably is another person in the restaurant dealing with the same thing! Drinking a lot of water helps me too.
Avatar f tn t take that much out of you physically. Eat healthy in general and take a multivitamin and you should be fine. Agree with drinking plenty of water.
Avatar f tn This was fun reading! Now I feel like a baby for freaking out when I saw a mouse in my dining room yesterday... Well, I wasn't freaked out until it escaped from us..... 959034 tn?1253671476 How do you know if you are eating healthy? I want to loose a little weight. I also want to eat healthy, and eat enough. I'm disabled and don't get much exercise either. Any ideas?
Avatar f tn My husband got her out side and she had a bowel movement (she ate her dinner @ 5) after she came in she laid on the bathroon floor and just looked very sad. i decided I would take her to the vet in the morning. About an hour later she was laying on the floor in the dining room and was barely breathing. We put her on a blanket and she dies within a half hour. Any idea what that bump could have been and why it would bring her down so quickly.
Avatar f tn I thought I was weird. I was on a all natural diet ate so healthy and have been out to eat all weekend.. lol I didnt know if it was because the thought of cooking makes me sick or what.
Avatar n tn That's easy -- once you move out you eat as you like. Although organic and healthy can seem expensive, it isn't really because you stop eating things that are also expensive but unhealthy, such as potato chips and soft drinks. If you have a food coop nearby you can volunteer to get a discount. And when you're young you don't expect to have a lot of excess money anyway, so it's easier to spend most of it on food.
Avatar f tn Can I eat Cooked rice mixed with cucumber and carrots and string beans and snow peas with sesame oil and soy bean paste and eat kimchi with it.
973741 tn?1342342773 I am very clean in that you could eat out of our toilets. But man, I have some junk. Our laundry room is enough to give me a headache every time I open the door. I do so much laundry for two kids, a dog and my husband as well as myself. I always have a pile to do and a pile to fold. And a trash can to empty in there. And it's dusty. I try to wipe down the dryer for that dang dust but you know, I forget. :>)) Dining room table. Why do I pile c rap there? I have no idea.
3109932 tn?1347067940 No, you should still be eating healthy. Junk should be limited whether you're pregnant or not anyways.
Avatar f tn Anyone else having problems eating healthy??
Avatar m tn Hi Sunny, For a happy sex life, keep off alcohol, keep away from smoking, don't get stressed, eat as healthy as you can, keep off fast and junk foods, get out and exercise as much as you can. One thing to remember we are what we eat, so eat healthy, stay healthy, healthy sex life.
Avatar n tn What is healthy for a pregnant person is the same diet as a non pregnant person would eat if they want to have a healthy life. Just during pregnancy no raw food deli n a few other things. Limit fish also. But other than that low fat n minimal junk food. Stick with chicken n salads. Fruits n white rice etc.
Avatar f tn I would personally suggest first. Drink as much water as you can ( I drink 4-6 liters a day) that will help you with hunger. Also, try eating small meals/snacks every 2 hours.. for example. Yesterday I had 8am- banana with peanut butter, granola and raisins on top 11- Greek yogurt with fresh kiwi cut up in it 130pm- I had some almonds and dried fruit..with some cottage cheese 4pm- carrots and broccoli 6pm- a bowl of frosted mini wheats This is just an example what I eat/like food wise..
Avatar f tn I have to say this pregnancy tho, I feel like I have no choice to eat extremely healthy. My son eats whatbi eat and I don't want him eating junk so we have fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy every day so this pregnancy has probably benefited from that a lot.
369861 tn?1306275686 I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and have the same problem. The weight problem is extremely common with hypo's. I'm told that once my thyroid is balanced, I will be able to lose weight semi-normally - I can only trust that information and do my best to keep from gaining any more and hoping I can actually shed a few pounds in the process.
486679 tn?1234575929 I also think about when they come out if they are bigger but the pain is worth it to have healthy babies x
Avatar f tn I am overweight a little prior to pregnancy and my doctor told me to stay away from fast foods as it holds no nutrional value. She told me to eat as fresh and clean as I can. She said not to count calories or diet but just eat healthy and to exercise. Fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats like chicken etc. She told me the best way to eat fresh is buy my grocerys from the outer perimeter of the grocery store thats where the eggs, milks cheese and produce and fruit and fresh meat is located.
Avatar n tn There are thousands of good books out there on healthy eating if you wish to experiment yourself, running the gamut from macrobiotics and vegetarian to diets such as the above running high on animal protein and low on grains. You can also see a holistic nutritionist if you require individual guidance. And exercise is essential. Good luck.
