Now he's almost six and he loves food his favorite things to eat are deviled eggs and mushrooms. He loves trying new food no matter what it looks like and is honest when he doesn't like something.

Avatar n tn I was told by doctors and other moms that are friends of mine that you should eat what you are craving, as long as it is food, because it is your bodys way of saying there is something in that item that is missing in your system. I did that with my first son and I am doing it with my second. Also with my first son I didn't worry about the exercise because I knew since he is active inside wait till he arrives.

I'm told that once my thyroid is balanced, I will be able to lose weight semi-normally - I can only trust that information and do my best to keep from gaining any more and hoping I can actually shed a few pounds in the process.

Fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats like chicken etc. She told me the best way to eat fresh is buy my grocerys from the outer perimeter of the grocery store thats where the eggs, milks cheese and produce and fruit and fresh meat is located. She advised me to stay away from the middle aisles as its all processed foods. I decided to go on the 3 meals and two snacks and its workednout good so far.

For lunch I usually either have a sub or salad or I'll eat a bunch of veggies and fruit or fruit and yogurt..for dinner basically eat whatever..I'll have pasta and veggies or chicken and veggies or whaaat ever I feel like..just not puzza or anything I make or get that's too greasy/oily/fatty..

5154295 tn?1372284196 It's great that your trying to stay away from fatty or greasy foods but when your so nauseated it's hard to eat right! I think that's why I ate so much breads and pastas during the 1st trimester, it was the only thing I could stomach.
Avatar f tn women have been giving birth way before prenatals were even invented & had healthy babies. However, a healthy diet & prenatals are really good for babies though. just make sure you take them everyday, i'm sure the alarm idea will help.
Avatar f tn I have to say this pregnancy tho, I feel like I have no choice to eat extremely healthy. My son eats whatbi eat and I don't want him eating junk so we have fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy every day so this pregnancy has probably benefited from that a lot.
