I went food shopping and, following Dr simeon's protocol, went looking for nuts without any hint of sugar (even naturally found in them), peanut butter
, and yogurt, but I did not find any. I found those items with very low counts (peanut butter 2g, low fat plain yogurt 7 g of sugar), but found nothing absolutely sugar free. Even the organic peanuts had a gram of sugar in them. I am wondering is this ok to eat?
Besides this, I am a bit apprehensive about going into phase 3.
