Hello Doctor, what would be the best way to combat
free-floating anxiety? Im a 29 year-old man and about half the time I feel as I have drank 10 cups of coffee. I don't have panic attacks (I have had them in the past so I know what they feel like), but just overwhelming anxiety that lasts for days on end. Im not anxious about anything really, it just feels as my body is revved up, esp in the mornings. Its really effecting my work and social life.
