dandruff brush

she is old and beautiful and sweet but she seems to have a bit of dandruff. does anyone know what causes this and how to stop it?

I have 4-5 such patches on my scalp and every time i brush my hair, a lot of dandruff comes out. Someone please advise!

The hospital is not needed for cradle cap, use a little baby oil and a soft brush twice a day. Selsum blue dandruff shampoo works great also. 99% of the time they grow out of it, my daughter is 2 and has had it since she was a nb.

Okay I ned help my cat has dandruff and I am pretty sure it is coming from the lack of dry air here in the house it has been very cold.. So i am sure there isnt much mositure in the air... So are their any shampoos I can get to help clear this up for a cat like at petsmart??? Also he is on strict dry food diet because his tummy cant handle can food and he makes a very unpleasant mess.. Your scalp can be dry without having dandruff! But yes I have it to when I condition my hair I just rub it in my scalp.

She came in wet and I ot a towel to dry her, I noticed many white bits on her fur, got the wire brush and brushed her, it looks like dandruff do, cats get that ,its not flea eggs as when I looked through the magnifying glass you can se its like of flaky bits.. What can I do about it, are there dandruff shampoos .She's not been bathed as she hates water .Any ideas .

My kitty Chesapeake has dandruff. I try and brush her a couple of times a week, but she's not keen on that even after over a decade she's been with us. She's very healthy otherwise (9even though she is chubby).

My son is almost 3 months, I've noticed that his scalp is really dry. Kind of like he was dandruff but it's on his scalp not his hair so I'm not sure what it's from or what I can do to make it better, he uses the jonhsons baby shampoo btw. Any suggestions ladies?

ve this concern for a year now. Whenever i scratch or brush my hair white flaky particles fall off and there are white patches on some areas of my head. In the mornings i notice there are sought of moulded particles on head and hair line which i have to choice but to scratch off, the result is a painful sensation all over my head. It's really embarrassing in public and generally.

I found out it was falling when i wash and then i brush..The brush was full..The problem started to increase!...I was after Loosing Strands Of My Hair in the shower..when i put my hands in it..I lse stands!...and it became so rough and stuck in each other!! ..whenever i wash it i loose 2 much hairs!.I Believe about 2 thousand hairs!!..Now after like a year ! my hair is Soo Thin!! ..My hairlines are large and Im almost balding at the Front of my head and its back..I'm afraid that I go bald..

Hi, Im not sure if I have posted in the right place but anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. For some time now, I have the urge almost constantly to run my fingers through my hair to find any loose dandruff particles that I would then pull out and roll in my fingers. I don't know why. It's soothing, yes, but I don't do it when I'm particularly stressed, I just do it when I'm comfortable.

Hi Experts, My concern is I have a dandruff and when it itches i scratch it , few times i found some blood gets out and dried up in scalp Recently i visited a barbour shop for hair cut and evantually my turn came i noticed that the barbour used the water pot which has been used for shaving the last customer(rinsed the brush in water pot twice and cleaned the brush in the same) , later he changed the water and splashed the water from same pot on my head after hair when it was itching i scratc

I have constant dry scalp. It does not flake like Dandruff. I get sore spots all over especiallly along hair line. I had it bad a few years ago, then it got better. It just never cleared up. It hurts to even brush my hair. It has made my hair so dry that I cannot even style it anymore. It feels good after first washing it, but then it starts all over again. It itches too.

They both hve very good reputations, and the growth gels worked unbelievably for the first 6 to 8 months. Now my eyelids seem to have dandruff that I have to brush off every day. I don't pull my eyelashes nor do I use mascara often. I have always been very careful with my lashes because I think a persons eyes are the most beautiful part of the face. I don't know what to do. HI.. I m 28 n my pimples never stopped uptil now.. My hormones level is ok.. I feel its related with my stomach problems.. Like whenever i have gas problem in stomach i have pimples.. My hair is also very dry & they split in ends. Along with hair fall problem.. I have dandruff, N my hair break easily from ends... Pimples have left my skin with scars... I don't know what to do.. Is it due to some deficiency.. If yes What tests will prove it..

I heard baby shampoo but with my long hair i need conditioner to prevent tangles, no way I can brush tangles out of my hair right now . What have you other ladies used ?? Conditioner? Leave in cream, spray detangler?? Thanks so much !

My scalp is currently burning and itching, I'm sitting here running a brush through it because it just won't stop, my head has been kind of itchy for the passed couple weeks but I didn't think much of it since I thought it was just dandruff, it wasn't too bad until tonight, and now it's affecting my neck but not as bad my head. I haven't changed hair products, and my scalp has no signs of a rash/bumps/lice. Please offer me your best advice! Thank you!

I use it in my baths on days I shave... lol on baby I dont really use it but that's just me. :-) Don't worry about asking questions either. How else can you learn?

I have dandruff problem and i inherited it from my father. I take head bath everyday, if i dont my scalp gets filled with dandruff and extremely itchy, if i skip headbath for two days or even one, it becomes highly unbearable. I used Head & Shoulders shampoo everyday which definately controlled the dandruff but itching is still there(not as bad though).

i was given pills but nothing seems to work,my boyfriend has a very bad dandruff problem,do you think i caught it from the brush i used or the pillow?

Tea tree shampoo by paul mitchell works great, but you have to by it from a salon or a beauty supply store becuase they sell knock offs that dont have the same ingrediants that work at drugs store and convinent store! before you use try to sratch of as much dead skin as you can with a brush or something!

But now I’m noticing I have really bad dandruff…I mean I’ve never taken care of my hair in the first place (my dad and my coworkers are constantly telling me “Brush your hair!”) and I’ve had dandruff before, but maybe I’m noticing it now because of my possible exposure to HIV… it’s pretty bad, and I even have eyebrow dandruff!! I need help figuring out why I can't stop itching/brushing my hair and face. It started a month ago now and it's been going on nonstop. I've been to a couple different dermatologists and they can't figure out what is causing it. I don't know what is causing it.
