But what I've finally been told from a cough phyciatrist at Mayo Clinc in Rochester, that I've been coughing
so much, part of it is a HABIT.
I feel a cough coming on, I do the relaxing breathing. Breath from your nose (but from your stomach, not your chest), then blow out thru your mouth, but very slowly. It will take a little while, but my cough finally is not that bad.
This helped cure my cough of many many years!
