white or instead of having 2 slices of
bread, just have one... Try spaghetti squash instead of pasta or switch to whole grain pasta instead of regular pasta... OR simply cut your portions in half. Have brown rice instead of white rice. Try quinuoa in place of pasta and/or rice, etc. Eat lots of veggies and protein, such as lean meat, chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt.
