I tried everything too! Sea bands worked for one day but not a day after. Failed

ginger mints, peppermint.....After trying everything naturally, Ive moved on to supplements. Vitamin B6 100mg. This alone worked for a week but somehow stopped.I asked my boss, who happens to be a pharmacist, and he recommended combining the B6 with generic unisom (doxylamine) 10 to 12.5 mg. It works very well.the only problem is it does make you sleepy so i only take it at night.
