I had ate some before my doc appointment once and she said i smell like KFC . Doc said to avoid KFC and just eat other at other places that serve friend chicken because she said that there was a study showing that kfc's chicken doesnt have enouhh real meat to call it chicken so the company changed the name to Kentucky Fried Crisps . If you look into it you'll read it and see that its true. Your not eating chicken, idk what they serve us. Try not to eat there..

My sister would crave ice from kfc... yh yu heard kfc not just any kfc it had to be one 30min away n her hubby would drive there n drive back fast to make sure the ice didnt melt...lool.. He use to say he wil never say no to her while she was prego for him..soo sweet. An I cant get my hubby to clean our flat argggggg..they can be wankerzz sometimes.
30 today and just had water because I didnt have an appetite but at my first one I had a belvida breakfast biscuit around 8 and my appointment was at 2.
KFC is pure poison... I got a severe salmonella food poisoning from it,then I read that in different chains of KFC around the world ppl had the same posening. I HATE KFC and will never ever have it again.
Oh KFC slaw!! We don't have KFC around us. I miss a lot of the southern fast food and bbq joints. We moved north after 10 years south ..so sad lol I miss boberry biscuits!!!
SO, I suggested that for each day they did not do their 20mins, they had to put $2 in a jar (small price to pay one would think). However, the other person got to choose how to spend that accrued money (and it had to be spent on an exercise task).
How this works, say if you miss 10 times - that's $20 about the cost of 1hr aerobics class (the other person gets to choose the class though...).
Its literally small boneless chicken breast on a biscuit. I get them from chick-fil-a which is heaven lol....

Hey, I have trouble trying to eat in the morning, I wake up at 6:00 for school and my stomach will feel that it's hungry but if I try eating something like a biscuit I feel like throwing up or sick to my stomach and I don't eat until I get home so my stomach will be growling all day I'm not sure what to do because I wanna eat during the morning to fill my stomach with something but it makes me feel sick
