Avatar f tn some sort of salad leaves (preferably with rocket), avocado, tomatoes, crushed up nuts (walnuts), and dressing which I make by mixing mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil. Add some salt and pepper if you like. You can add little bit of feta cheese and some croutons. Absolutly love it!!!
Avatar f tn Hi ladies, I am going through the same struggle. I was diagnosed with GD at 26 weeks. Mornings I'll have two scrambled eggs with a thin toast with natural peanut butter and water. For me, the hardest is dinner. For lunch I usually have a very low carb and low sugar wheat wrap with chicken, tuna or steak with just lettuce and Boar's Head natural honey mustard, which has minimal carbs and sugar. Dinner for me is the hardest after a long day.

It's soooo yummy!! 1 frozen banana, 1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries, tbsp raw honey, tbsp raw coconut oil, tbsp ground flax seed, 1-2 tbsp almond butter & vanilla almond milk. I add a good handful of spinach if I have it. Gives you a good boost of the vitamins you need along with the perfect sweet balance.

Then replace the honey and dressing every single day until you hopefully start to see pink granulation tissue appear from the edges of the wound, which means healing has started. It's worth a try.

I love pizza, but since I make it myself, it is low on calories (little oil in dough, low fat cheese, lost of veggies, wholemeal flour). I only eat half, and if I am still hungry, I eat a side salad, with lemon juice instead of dressing. Look up the healthy food guide for fast, easy and low calorie recipes.

I joined these cardio classes and I would do an hour straight cardio classes (dancing).. I also join this 2hr straight cardio class once a week then when I do weights I would do it in groups of shoulders and triceps, back and biceps, and legs and do a 45mins brisk after that.. I want to lose all the excess weight and fat..

Blood pressure...well for one, dark chocolate is great at lowering blood pressure. Not only does it taste great, but it's great for your body! Eat about 3 ounces a day of 70% cocoa dark chocolate. Also, red grapes as well and vitamin C (like oranges). Also, while on the low carb diet watch the salt intake.
